On January 18, there were 2 new locally confirmed cases in Haidian District of Beijing and 1 new case of positive nucleic acid test in Chaoyang District.
Confirmed case 1: Currently residing in Boya West Park, Nongda South Road, Shangdi Street, Haidian District, the mother of the confirmed case reported on January 15, working at No. 2, Shangdi Information Road, Haidian District. On January 15, he was transferred to a centralized isolation point as a close contact, and on January 17, he developed symptoms such as fever and pharyngeal discomfort, and the nucleic acid test result was positive. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case, and the clinical classification was mild, and it has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment.
The main activity trajectory of the case is as follows: At 7:50 on January 12, take the No. 393 bus from Xianghuangqi Station to the West Exit of Nongda South Road, take a colleague's car to No. 19 Xianlongshan Road, Haidian District, and take a colleague's car home at 13:30. On the morning of January 13, I drove to No. 16, Xisanqi Building Materials City East Road, Haidian District, ate with colleagues at noon, and did not go out after returning home in the afternoon. From 6:50 to 9:15 on January 14, we will drive to Beijing Dermatology Hospital for treatment, and at 9:15, we will drive to No. 38, Datun Road, Chaoyang District, eat with colleagues at noon, and receive express delivery at 15:30. On 15 January, he was transferred to a centralized isolation point as a close contact of the confirmed case.
Confirmed case 2: Currently living in The first phase of Baiwang Jasmine Garden, Yongfeng Road, Malianwa Street, Haidian District, he is a colleague on the same floor of the unit that reported the confirmed case on January 15, and the working unit address is Haidian New Technology Building. On 15 January, he was isolated at home as a high-risk group, and on 17 January, he developed fever symptoms and tested positive for nucleic acid. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on 18 January, with a clinical classification of mild, and has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment.
The main activity trajectory of the case is as follows: commuting to and from work by subway line 16 (Northwest Wang Station - WanquanHeqiao Station) on weekdays, and taking the subway once a day at noon. From January 12 to 13, he worked at the unit and did not go out. On January 14, 10:15 to pick up the takeaway cake, 11:20 to take the Meituan takeaway, 14:19 to Ruixing Coffee (Zhongguancun International Innovation Building Store), Lawson Convenience Store (Zhongguancun International Innovation Building Store). On the morning of January 15, he did not go out, and at 18:00, he drove to the nucleic acid testing and sampling base in Haidian District for nucleic acid testing and then isolated at home and did not go out.
Those who tested positive for nucleic acid: currently living in Shigezhuang Village, Pingfang Township, Chaoyang District, and came to Beijing to work in November 2021. Around January 14, he developed cold symptoms, went to the nucleic acid testing point in Chaoyang District on January 17 for nucleic acid testing, and on the morning of January 18, he reported that the nucleic acid test results were abnormal, and the disease control department contacted the person immediately after receiving the positive report of the initial screening, and promptly implemented control on the G1085 train that was about to run to Weihai. At 14:00, the laboratory review result of the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention was positive, and the specific mutation site of the Delta strain was detected. At present, the person has been transferred to the designated hospital in the city for isolation and treatment.
At present, epidemiological investigation and close contact tracing have been carried out on the above-mentioned confirmed cases and those with positive nucleic acid tests, the points involved in the risk are investigated, and the various types of risk personnel are classified and controlled. Up to now, the city has reported a total of 3 local confirmed cases, and the clinical classification is mild.

(3) Persons with health codes of "red codes" or "yellow codes";
(4) Close contacts or information from CDCs at all levels of provinces (cities, counties, districts) and other persons involved in the epidemic;
(5) Persons who have come (returned) to or from the streets of the county (city, district) or municipality directly under the Central Government where the medium- and high-risk areas are located in the past 14 days, or have a history of living in the urban areas of the districted cities or municipalities directly under the Central Government where the local epidemic occurred;
Please take the initiative to report to the community (village, tun) and the unit at the first time, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing, medical observation or health monitoring.

First, do a good job of health monitoring, timely medical treatment.
Pay close attention to the health status of yourself and your family, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other uncomfortable symptoms, you should immediately report to the community (village, tun) and the unit to which you belong, promptly go to the nearest fever clinic for treatment, and truthfully inform the travel history and contact history.
