"To do a good job in garbage classification, we must adhere to the problem-oriented and grasp the whole process of classification." Liu Wei, head of the garbage classification project of Shandong Zhonghuan Meicheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., told reporters that the company has set up a professional intelligent classification system design and development team, a system operation and maintenance team, a collection and transportation team, and realized a one-stop front-end classification, a network of intelligent supervision, the integration of terminal disposal, and the recycling of a chain; and effectively achieved the source reduction, utilization of resources, and harmless disposal of domestic waste treatment.
"To turn garbage into treasure, sorting and recycling is indispensable. Each of our garbage covers has a slide that can be opened with just a gentle pull, which is particularly convenient. Liu Wei introduced that residents can scan the two-dimensional code on the garbage bin, complete the registration of attention, and then scan the open two-dimensional code on the door of the paper recycling box, plastic metal recycling box, textile recycling box and other boxes through WeChat, and the corresponding box door will automatically open. After the residents complete the delivery, the garbage bin will be automatically weighed and the points earned will be accumulated under the resident's name, and the points earned can be used as cash and exchanged for daily necessities at the community points exchange office.
"After the sorting is released, other garbage is transported by the cleaning company to the incineration power plant for resource utilization; the kitchen waste is cleared and disposed of by the franchise company; the recyclables are recycled by the third-party service enterprise; and the hazardous waste is collected and stored by a qualified third party." Fu Shenggang, deputy secretary of the party branch of Zhugao Village, told reporters that after the trial operation of the "four points and four determinations" work method, it can effectively standardize the classification behavior and avoid mixed collection and mixed transportation, which greatly improves the accuracy of classification and ensures the effect of classification work.
It is understood that a total of 84 pilot communities in the central urban area of Linyi have carried out domestic garbage classification, totaling more than 160,000 households, more than 20,000 registered members, and more than 9.1 million points for exchanging points; 10 classified collection houses, 9 mission centers, 21 points exchange centers, 127 intelligent all-in-one machines, 325 groups of garbage classification kiosks, and more than 13,000 classified garbage cans; a total of 368 public institutions in the central urban area have completed the pilot work of domestic garbage classification in the office area.
"Let the residents further understand the importance of garbage classification, and let the concept of 'green, low-carbon, environmental protection' deeply rooted in the hearts of the people."
