In 2022, two new Tianzi aesthetic works of Shanghai Poly will soon be written in Jing'an District. Recently, 5 city witnesses had an in-depth dialogue with Poly, with the theme of "CP" to tell the charm of Jing'an.

The five city witnesses are Hong Jian, director of the Art Museum of Shanghai Academy of Painting, Jiang Weimin, executive dean of Shanghai Vancouver Film School of Shanghai University, Yang Chen, associate professor of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University, Liu Xin, founder and CEO of Modern Automobile, and Kay Kuo, founder of Moke Design, who believe that the C-side of Jing'an is reflected in the "Center Center City Pulse", "Culture Humanistic Association" and "Containment Inclusive Continuation". Jing'an is not only the geographical center of Shanghai, but also the intersection of various lifestyles, the first drama in Shanghai and the earliest body advertisement in Shanghai were born here. The 159 excellent buildings have left the footprints of various influential people and told the spirit of the city that is inclusive and inclusive.

In the eyes of the five city witnesses, the P-side of Jing'an is reflected in the "City of Public Vitality", "Park Forest Garden", and "Power Energy Domain". The city that never sleeps project "Tianhui Century Seal" is located in the inner ring of Jing'an, jointly built by Poly and rongxin and china merchants, with 3 tracks around and 9 major business circles, with rich resources. The project attaches great importance to the inheritance of local culture, and the products integrate the temperament of Haipai red brick and the aesthetics of contemporary architecture, and are arranged in the style of modern modern high-rise + Haipai Shikumen, and organically echo with the surrounding historical features through architectural vocabulary that conforms to contemporary aesthetics.

The Daning project "Jing'an Tianyue" is located in the birthplace of industrial civilization in Pengpu Industrial Park, integrating architectural, ecological and humanistic urban functions to create a landmark urban complex of about 200,000 square meters. To help Shanghai's urban renewal, Poly revitalized and activated the century-old factory building of Xinzhong Power Airport in the project, transformed it into a "Red Square Market" that integrates art and historical buildings, and integrated with the diversified formats of creative office business and the natural scenery of Duxin Park to form a future innovative composite living block in Jing'an.
