5. 7. 22. 36. For rare earth new materials and application enterprises with annual sales revenue of more than 20 million yuan to promote the upgrading of industrial products, extend the industrial chain, and apply and transform the production of rare earth new products through independent innovation and technology introduction of key core technologies (technologies to improve product performance, fill gaps, etc.), rewards and support will be given according to 1% of the sales revenue of new products.

37. For rare earth new materials and application enterprises with R&D expenses of more than 800,000 yuan in the previous year, rewards will be given according to 30% of their R&D expenses.
