A set of turnout turnout equipment contains more than 150 parts, requires 5 different oils, and the "nutritionists" have carefully developed different "recipe plans" for different parts.

Li Shuangchen, born in 1995, is the deputy foreman of the Jian'ou Xigong Electrician Zone, and in the summer of 2018, he left his hometown to work in this mountain, customizing "nutritious recipes" for turnouts is the method he summarized in his work.

Late every night, in addition to oiling the equipment, Li Shuangchen and colleagues also have to check whether the bolts are loose, more than 1,000 bolts in the whole station need to be tapped and checked one by one, and when they are loose, they need to use more than 30 pounds of torque wrenches to tighten it, and at night down, they need to bend down to the equipment more than 500 times, knock the bolts more than 1,000 times, to ensure the safety and normality of the equipment.

In order to accurately maintain the changeable turning equipment, Li Shuangchen paid close attention to observation in his daily work, carefully recorded various data according to different weather conditions and equipment characteristics when passing through different vehicles, and after thousands of sets of comparative data, summarized a set of "nutritionist" maintenance experience. As a college student, Li Shuangchen did not accept such a black-and-white life at first, dealing with parts and oil stains, but after more than three years of work, he gradually changed his mind.
