Prepare to rent out the old house on Riverside Street (under the east wall of the Economic Committee Building) and go back to pack your things on Sunday. The boxes, bags, bags, and items that seem strange and familiar with me for years, ten years, and decades have made me complete what I should have done in three hours, but I haven't finished it all day.

Marriage certificates, family insurance policies, prizes Kangbas quartz clocks, hero pens, manuscripts of hundreds of articles he has written, generous lecture plans, one-person award certificates, and so on. Picking up anything can not be directly packaged, always have to open it to look at it, see things to remember, the past history -

Shortly after getting married in 1985, the leader of the unit assigned a task to give a quality management course for the "First Batch of Factory Manager Training Class" of the whole league. The trainees are all heavyweights in the company. For me in my 20s and without a little teaching experience, the task is not difficult! Despite the difficulties, I accepted it. The fatigue of serious and systematic lesson preparation, the nervousness of teaching the factory manager, coupled with the lack of convenient transportation, riding an old bicycle with a girder, running from the big east of the river every day, resulting in the premature birth of the child who has been eight months pregnant. Because I didn't understand and was embarrassed to ask people, the amniotic fluid broke for two or three days before going to the hospital, and the child's stomach was already deficient in oxygen, and finally failed to save.

In 1988, I participated in the "Republic in My Heart Essay" competition, and the "Two Tears" I wrote won the first prize, and the prize was the quartz clock mentioned above. At that time, many comrades who saw the list of awards and did not see the content of the article specifically asked why it was "two tears"? That's a long story! In 1977, I was preparing to take the college entrance examination, but unexpectedly, the remote village in my hometown was still immersed in the atmosphere of "the good cultural revolution", and when my alma mater asked for permission to prove the place where the hukou was located, the production team categorically refused. I remember that it was a foggy morning, I went to the captain's house to explain my intentions, the captain pulled his face and ignored it, carrying it and leaving, I followed behind and pleaded: "You can do it, good as the policy allows, and I don't know if I can be admitted, you will give me this opportunity!" The captain said, "We just dig up and drain and cultivate the land, whether you go to college or study for a second time." The women's captain threatened: "The children of landlords still want to go to university, and they will not let them go." "I couldn't accept this cruel reality, and after crying, I fell seriously ill... In 1984, my brother took the college entrance examination. I personally went back to the exam to provide proof materials. The captain of the Linhe Wolf Mountain Victory Brigade, who was in the field at the time, told me about my brother's need to prove the location of the hukou to take the college entrance examination this year, and the captain did not say a word, threw down the shovel and took me to the team headquarters to prove it. The star is still that star, the moon is still the moon, why is this person so different? I cried with excitement as I held the "proof" in both hands.... Perhaps the first step was smooth, the younger brother took the college entrance examination as he wished, was admitted to the North China Institute of Hydropower, and became a famous leader around the village at that time.

In 1989, a few days after I had appendix surgery, I participated in the autonomous region's "Collection and Selection of Natural Science Papers in the Whole Region". I wrote a thesis entitled "On Quality and Contracting" and won the second prize. The price I paid for this award was that because the knife wound was not healed at that time, I was lying down for a long time to write, causing intestinal adhesions. Seeking medical treatment, suffering from pain, for 5 years, unable to wear high heels, unable to hold children, and thin to more than 80 pounds.

I believe that everyone has seen Ny Ostrovsky's "How Steel is Made", in which the protagonist Paul Kochakin said: "A man's life should be spent in such a way that when he looks back on the past, he will not regret his wasted years, nor will he be ashamed of his inaction; so that, at the time of his death, he can say: "My whole life and all my energies have been devoted to the most magnificent cause in the world, the struggle for the liberation of mankind." ”

It can be said that this passage has inspired me for a lifetime. Work hard! No regrets!
