The prosecution claimed that lin huai and others held another "preferential ticket for returning to Taiwan" activity, and the original price of 1560 yuan of air tickets can be reimbursed 1550 yuan. The procuratorate claimed to have found that there were about 200 Taiwan businessmen who returned to Taiwan by plane before the vote, all of whom were suspected of bribery on a long-term offer.
The procuratorate also claimed that Lin Huai and others applied for subsidies of 500,000 yuan and 3 million yuan from the Changsha Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office and the Hunan Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office respectively, and received subsidies of 290,000 yuan and 1.2 million yuan respectively.
