"Flower Queen"
Born in February 1906 in Manzhouli, Niu Meibo was a mixed-Race Chinese-Russian son, his father was a fur business Chinese who specialized in selling fur from the Far East to Shanghai, and his mother was a Russian dancer living in Harbin.
In 1912, the Republic of China was founded, and the Niu Meibo family moved to Shanghai. At that time, Shanghai, known as the adventurer's paradise, speculation business was extremely hot, Niu Meibo's father once failed to speculate in futures, committed suicide after bankruptcy, and his mother ran away with a French businessman and went abroad.
Niu Meibo, who was studying at Aurora University, suddenly fell from a rich family to a penniless. Because the family house was mortgaged, she was quickly taken away by the creditor, and after dropping out of school, she had to turn to the Russian Overseas Chinese Autonomous Association for help.
At that time, the Russian Overseas Chinese Autonomous Association had a triad nature, collecting protection fees from exiled White Russia, as well as opening White Russian dancers' dance halls and brothels.
According to historical statistics, 22% of White Russian women between the ages of 16 and 45 in Shanghai at that time worked in brothels.
As soon as the Russian Overseas Chinese Association saw Niu Meibo's amazing beauty, it naturally refused to let go of this cash cow that was sent to the door, and after some coercion and inducement, it sent her to Changsantangzi on Fuzhou Road and became a high-level social flower.
At that time, the so-called social flowers and celebrities were actually happy women, and they generally had to have a flower name to hide their original surnames. Niu Meibo gave herself a flower name, Liu Nina.
Young, mixed-race, brilliant, talented, fair-skinned, tall, bumpy, and temperament brought by the superior family situation and high education in the early years, Liu Nina soon became a famous flower with red and purple in Shanghai Beach.
At that time, the "Declaration" called Niu Meibo a social flower "Hua Kui Zhuangyuan", and the most influential tabloid in Shanghai, the Jing Bao, used up the description of Niu Meibo:
"The famous flower of the sea, Liu Nina, born beautiful, graceful, concave and convex, exquisite curves, self-proclaimed white Russian mixed blood, fat breasts and huge buttocks, Western flesh and body, plump skin white and tender like a pile of fat and snow, afraid of blowing bullets. The People of The Qinglou of the Fourth Road are called Sai Guifei, and there are even some qingbangs who send her nicknamed 'Sai Hei Niu', which is breathtaking. ”
After Akira came into contact with Niu Meibo, he thought that she was both beautiful, sexy, bold, and wild as a White Russian woman, but also good at communication, and she was a rare spy candidate, and she had inherited the heart and wrist of the businessman's father.

In July 1937, Niu Meibo infiltrated Nanjing, lived in Dashugen Road by Xuanwu Lake in Nanjing, approached Li Shiqun, a secret agent of the Central Unification, pretended to be a body, and after using the "meat bomb offensive" to pull him into the water, let Li change the court and set up the notorious Wang Pseudo No. 76 Secret Agent Headquarters in Shanghai, and Niu Meibo himself served as the director of the No. 76 Communication Department.
She set up two preferential treatment rooms at No. 76, and all arrested anti-Japanese people were sent to the preferential rooms before torture, and she was "reformed" by her.
Under her seduction, Wang Tianmu, the head of the Shanghai District of the Military Command, Zhang Beisheng, the governor of Nantong County, Jiangsu Province, and others one after another lost their will to resist and defected into traitors, bringing devastating blows to the military command in Shanghai and the underground organization of the Kuomintang Jiangsu Provincial Party Department.
In the movie "The Eternal Wave", the number one female villain, Liu Nina, is based on Niu Meibo. The scene in the movie where Liu Nina seduces Yao Wei, a secret agent of the military command, is derived from this real event.
At 7 p.m. on December 12, 1939, Niu Meibo planned to assassinate Mao Liying, director of the Southwest Professional Women's Club and a member of the Communist Party of China. Mao Liying was killed by three bullets at the age of 29.
Niu Meibo also assisted Okamura Shizosan, chief of the special high school of the Japanese military police stationed in Shanghai, to establish a radio monitoring team, and proposed the use of sub-district power outages to crack a number of underground radio stations of the Kuomintang in Shanghai. In September 1942, the Shanghai underground party Li Bai Radio was thus cracked by the Japanese army, and Li Bai was rescued from prison by the organization.
Commit yourself to military command
After the surrender of Japan in 1945, as a receiving officer of the military command, Dai Kasa was seduced by Xu Niang's half-old Niu Mei Bo and became a minister under the skirt as soon as he arrived in Shanghai. She was appointed Colonel Of the Military Command Shanghai Station to assist in maintaining local law and order.
After Dai Kasa crashed, Niu Meibo lost his patron and was imprisoned for adultery. At that time, the Shanghai "Times" once accused her of being "a traitor to Mei Bo, a female traitor of the Wang pseudo-rebellious thief Niu Clan".
Niu Meibo argued that he was a member of the "Loyal National Salvation Army" behind enemy lines, and the undercover of the military commander who broke into No. 76 and the "Mei Organ", and finally released after half a year of detention, he entered the second department of the Ministry of National Defense as the colonel's secretary.
In the spring of 1948, she was sent to Kaifeng by the Second Department of the Ministry of National Defense, and as a colonel's commissioner, she monitored the Nationalist 66th Division, which was rebuilt after the annihilation of the Battle of Yangshanji, to stop Su Yu's siege plan. In Kaifeng, she was captured alive by the CCP underground and escaped on her way to escort.
On December 30, 1948, Niu Meibo used his tricks to hunt down underground radio stations during the Japanese and pseudo-Japanese periods, found a faint signal of déjà vu, and locked the area near Lane 107 of Huangdu Road in Hongkou District. On that day, Li Bai's underground radio station with only 7 watts of power was broken. On May 7, 1949, only 20 days after the liberation of Shanghai, Li Bai was killed by the enemy.
In the spring of 1949, the Shanghai underground party prepared to evacuate a group of progressive scholars to the Liberated Areas. Disguised as a servant old mother, Niu Meibo seduced the unworthy son of a well-known scholar and obtained part of the list of scholars in the north.
On the eve of his evacuation from Shanghai, Mao Renfeng, director of the Secrecy Bureau, secretly summoned Niu Meibo at his apartment and appointed her as the commissioner of the Secrecy Bureau as a major general and laid out a lurking plan.
Transform into a maid
He was liberated in Shanghai on May 28, 1949.
Niu Meibo, a female secret agent of the Secret Bureau, changed her name to a secret name and became a servant of a textile factory capitalist surnamed Liang, liu mama.
At this time, she was fat and fat, just to cover the identity of the old mother.
At a business meeting between China, the Soviet Union, and Eastern Europe, Niu Meibo disguised herself as a female cadre and sneaked into the venue in an attempt to assassinate Mayor Chen Yi, who attended the meeting. It was only because the agents operating the explosive equipment made mistakes due to tension that the plot did not succeed.
Niu Meibo also used a female agent lurking in the municipal military control commission to steal the anti-aircraft gun air defense layout map of the 33rd Army of Sanye in Shanghai, while spying on the limited number of air defense radars in Shanghai, and some of them were faulty.
Feng Daxi, a Mao man who received a secret telegram from Niu Meibo, reported it to Chiang Kai-shek and requested that the air force be sent to bomb Shanghai.
On February 6, 1950, the Kuomintang Air Force carried out the largest bombing of Shanghai since liberation. Some factories and houses, including the Yangshupu Power Plant, were instantly reduced to rubble, and more than 2,300 people were killed or injured.
On the day of the "2.6 bombing," the relevant departments deduced that there were enemy radio stations in Shanghai that kept in touch with the headquarters of the Secrecy Bureau at any time.

After overnight investigation, it was found that the signal actually appeared in the Telecommunications Management Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau!
Retained section officer Luo Bingqian exposed. On February 7, the day after the "2.6 bombing," he and a group of enemy agents were executed in public trial.
In fact, Luo Bingqian's identity had long aroused the suspicion of the investigators.
In early January, investigators began monitoring Luo Bingqian. One day, he went to the Yong'an Department Store on Nanjing Road, mysteriously talked to a maid of about 50 years old, and handed over a few pieces of soap he had just bought to the old mother.
Several male and female scouts followed the maid all the way and saw her enter the Paramount Ballroom.
An hour later, a middle-aged beauty in her mid-40s came out of the ballroom. A female investigator followed a few steps, but was blocked by a drunk man in the corner, and when she looked up, the middle-aged beauty was gone.
After another hour, the investigators rushed into the ballroom, only to find that the old mother inside had disappeared.
Where did the old mother go? The investigators discussed for half a day, puzzled.
After Luo Bingqian was arrested, he confessed that this old mother was the famous Niu Meibo.
One morning, the female investigator who had followed the middle-aged beauty suddenly and boldly proposed: The old mother and the middle-aged beauty are the same woman - Niu Meibo! Because the latter wears a special tights!
The difference in size between the two is too big, right? The age is not the same! Everyone will be suspicious.
Perhaps sniffing something from Luo Bingqian's arrest, Niu Meibo was like a loach drilled into the mud and never found again.
In October 1950, the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea broke out, and the enemy agents lurking in Shanghai became more and more rampant, secretly colluding with a small number of lawless businessmen, manipulating silver dollar trading, and disrupting Shanghai's financial market.
The investigation confirmed that this incident was also commanded by Niu Meibo behind the scenes, but it was arranged everywhere, and her whereabouts could not be found.
On the eve of May Day in 1953, scouts followed an enemy agent to the Bund. After half an hour, he turned left and right and entered the "Dahu Ballroom" on Nanjing Road. After a while, an old mother dressed as a maid also entered.
Half an hour later, a middle-aged beauty flashed out of a lane on the side of the "Dahu Ballroom".
"Catch her!" The female investigator shouted suddenly.
Before the words could be heard, she raised her legs and chased after them. Niu Meibo pulled his gun from his satchel as he ran, and when he turned back, two shots were fired, and the female investigator fell down in response.
A few scouts on the opposite side of the alley heard gunshots and copied them.
Niu Meibo, who was blocked in the alley, was immediately imprisoned in the Tilanqiao Prison.
In April 1955, at the age of 48, Niu Meibo was sentenced to death by the Shanghai Municipal People's Court on charges of traitor and treason, and was immediately executed.
