In 725 A.D., Li Bai "went to the country with a sword, left his relatives and traveled far away", like a bright star, shining in the sky of history, leaving a moving light. The thousand-year-old wind and frost can hardly hide the style of poetry and immortals, the story of Li Bai has never been interrupted, and people's research on Li Bai's culture has never stopped.

A thousand years are in a flash, and we will meet again today. On October 13th, the academic seminar of "Li Bai Cultural Research" was held, and experts and scholars from all over the country engaged in Li Bai cultural research conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the value of Li Bai culture and the feelings of the family and country, so as to promote Li Bai culture to shine more brilliantly.

As one of the main activities of the 36th Ma'anshan Li Bai Poetry Festival in Kouzijiao ·, this event was co-sponsored by the China Li Bai Research Association and the Organizing Committee of the Poetry Festival, and undertaken by the Office of the China Li Bai Research Association.

"Everyone knows that Li Bai is a 'poet immortal', but in fact, he is also considered by many people to be the 'ancestor of a hundred generations'." At the seminar, Xin Xiaojuan, executive director of the China Li Bai Research Association and professor of Chinese Renmin University, focused on Li Bai's influence on words. She said that through research in recent years, it has been found that the earliest mature lyric works such as "Bodhisattva Man" and "Remembering Qin'e" are very likely to be written by Li Bai.

Li Bai's lyrics, in terms of his pioneering significance and artistic achievements, enjoy an extremely high historical status, and he continued to defend the poetic tradition of Yuefu folk songs, and later became a source of inspiration for countless ink writers' literary creations. "By treating him as a milestone and a benchmark for research, I think we can more comprehensively establish his significance as a node in the history of literature, and also understand more deeply why we all love Li Bai." Xin Xiaojuan said.

"This time, I brought a gift to Li Bai." Haibin, a professor at the School of Humanities of Hainan University and director of the China Li Bai Research Association, said with a smile that in Ma'anshan in previous years, in front of Li Bai's tomb, he just toasted a glass of thin wine to hang the immortals. This year, not only did he toast a glass of wine, but he also brought his latest academic work, "Li Bai's Chang'an Road" published by the People's Literature Publishing House.

"On the title page of the book, I wrote 'Poetry Immortal Li Bai Drunk Reward'." In Haibin's view, this is not only a book, but also an academic inheritance work that studies Li Bai.

"As an outstanding representative of romanticism in the history of Chinese literature, Li Bai's influence is not limited to China, but also extends to the world, especially neighboring countries, and is a cultural symbol that transcends the times and borders." Shen Wenfan, executive director of the China Li Bai Research Association and professor of Jilin University, said.

In recent years, Shen Wenfan has conducted in-depth research on Li Bai's works and the cultural phenomena presented by Li Bai's poetry, and is currently focusing on how Li Bai's culture affects the Asian cultural circle.

In Shen Wenfan's view, the cultural characteristics of Li Bai's poetry are not only loved by the domestic masses, but also have quite a lot of "fans" among foreign literati, scholars and ordinary people.

Similarly, Ruan Tangming, executive director of the China Li Bai Research Association and professor of Suzhou University of Science and Technology, also believes that Li Bai culture can best reflect cultural self-confidence. He said that the ancient culture of the mainland was brilliant and splendid, and many dazzling cultural celebrities emerged, but the one with the most heroic spirit and the most able to embody cultural self-confidence was Li Bai, and these can be seen from the famous sentences of the ages, such as "I am born with a talent that will be useful, and my daughter will come back when I am gone" and "There will be a time when the wind and waves will be long, and the clouds and sails will be in the sea."

Ruan Tangming believes that the cultural elements contained in Li Bai's poetry are in line with the need to call for cultural self-confidence in the context of the new era, which is also the significance of our study of Li Bai's culture after a thousand years.

Li Bai's culture is broad and profound, how to inherit and carry forward? Ma'anshan chose to use the festival as a medium to meet friends with literature.

Professor Haibin believes that Ma'anshan has held the 36th Poetry Festival, which accurately grasped the "traffic password" brought by Li Bai. The annual poetry festival, where cultural scholars and domestic and foreign poets who study Li Bai, gather in Ma'anshan from all over the world, which in itself has raised the attention of Ma'anshan.

"The poetry festival has been held for 36 consecutive years, embedding Li Bai culture into the city's cultural strategy, and the result of this not only shows the image of Ma'anshan Poetry City, but also implants Li Bai's cultural genes into every living body, so that Li Bai culture can live and grow in the land of Ma'anshan." Ruan Tangming said.

"The seminar invited Li Bai cultural researchers and enthusiasts from Sichuan, Shandong, Hubei, Chongqing and other parts of the country, and it was along Li Bai's footsteps that future generations were connected by holding poetry festivals and seminars." Xin Xiaojuan said that the process of modern people studying Li Bai's culture is not only a tribute, but also a feeling and understanding of the precious cultural heritage he left to future generations.

"A place of birth, a place of old age, two places of blood." Wang Hongxia, a professor at the School of Literature of Sichuan Normal University and vice president of the China Li Bai Research Association, said wittily that one Li Bai closely links Sichuan and Anhui.

"In the same way, a Li Bai skillfully strung together five cities in Anhui." Wang Hongxia said that Ma'anshan still benefits from the cultural relics left by Li Bai in Ma'anshan.

Haibin believes that the artistic discussions and academic exchanges around Li Bai have injected new blood and vitality into Ma'anshan, forming an interaction between people and the land. Such an interaction is the mutual achievement of Li Bai and Ma Anshan in the new era.
