Niu Meibo's upbringing
Born in Harbin in 1906, Niu Meibo was a mixed-Race Chinese-Russian son of a Chinese businessman and a Russian beauty to a russian mother. When Niu Meibo was 5 years old, his family moved to Shanghai. When Niu Meibo was in college, the family road fell, his father committed suicide in bankruptcy, and his mother eloped with someone. At this time, Niu Meibo looked beautiful and charming, and she dropped out of school and mixed in Shanghai Beach, known as "Sai Guifei", and became the object of pursuit by the rich children of Shanghai Beach. According to Ye Danqiu's account, among the secret service organizations lurking in Shanghai, there is a secret radio station with ties to Taiwan, which is hidden near the Shanghai municipal government organs. According to the analysis of this information, the public security personnel analyzed that this secret agent was most likely a traitor installed by the enemy in the government organs, and after careful screening and investigation, the public security personnel finally locked Luo Bingqian of the Telecommunications Management Office.

The public security organs arrested Luo Bingqian and immediately interrogated him, and the woman who contacted him was the female agent Niu Meibo. The public security personnel immediately surrounded the bungalow, but when they rushed in to take a look, they went to the empty building. Niu Meibo had escaped from the secret passageway.
As the Shanghai May Day Military and Civilian Party is approaching, Chen Yi and other leaders will attend the meeting, so the arrest of Niu Meibo is imminent. The public security personnel asked Luo Bingqian to send a report to contact Niu Meibo, and for many days in a row, Niu Meibo was silent, and the public security personnel were extremely anxious. Mountains and rivers are doubtful and there is no way, and the willows are dark and the flowers are bright and another village. Niu Meibo finally couldn't hold back and agreed with Luo Bingqian on the location of the joint. The scouts secretly ambushed Niu Meibo, waiting to capture Niu Meibo, but the cunning Niu Meibo did not show up.

It turned out that there was a secret door on the wall of the secret room, and Niu Meibo quickly fled from the secret passage. But this time, Niu Meibo was not so lucky, the public security personnel had already laid a net around the dance hall, Niu Meibo had just popped his head out of a small garden nearby, he was discovered by the investigators, everyone flocked to it, and Niu Meibo was successfully arrested.

After Niu Meibo was arrested, he was detained in Shanghai Tilanqiao Prison. After extensive investigation and evidence collection, in April 1955, the Shanghai Municipal People's Court sentenced Niu Meibo to death for treason. The 49-year-old Niu Meibo ended his sinful life.
