According to the requirements of the implementation of population control in the plan, the permanent population of Songzhuang Town will be controlled at 73,000 by 2035, the scale of urban and rural construction land will be about 20.2 square kilometers, and the total planned construction scale will be controlled at 11.5 million square meters.

Where is the development space of Songzhuang Town

Zhaixinzhuang group will build a waterfront quality life town, focusing on the development of scientific and technological cultural creation, business services, and living functions. The two blocks cover an area of about 5.2 square kilometers, and the construction land is about 5 square kilometers, mainly residential land, industrial land and green space. The planned population size is about 11,000 people, and the planned building scale is about 2.82 million square meters.
The group is located in the northwest of Songzhuang Town, opposite the Wenyu River is Chaoyang District, and the north side is the Jingping Expressway, about 10 kilometers from Terminal 3.
