Wang Gelei: Blue Camp supporters should live happily

In the past few years, I have written hundreds of articles and made various comments on the current state of Taiwan's politics, and it is reasonable to say that this one will be the same. However, after some deliberation, I decided to change the style of this article, so that this article is not a political commentary, but an article that focuses on "caring people".

Recently, the island has experienced three elections in the "referendum", recall and by-election, and the Blue Camp has all lost, causing a lot of psychological trauma to many Blue Camp supporters. Sadness and anger intertwine and eventually turn into grief. Next, it is even more conceivable that the DPP will play more cards, sharpening its knife and treating all anti-DPP forces like pigs and sheep, but the KMT may not be able to be more united and more effective.

Faced with such a dire but unconcerned situation, I think the most important thing for all Blue Camp supporters is to "live happily" and maintain their physical and mental health.

This scene reminds me of Miao Desheng, a retired "colonel" in 2018 and secretary general of the Blue Sky Action Alliance, who participated in the anti-Year reform protest before his death, climbed the outer wall of the public opinion institution and accidentally fell into serious injuries, and died of extubation 7 days later.

It stands to reason that this is a tragedy, and even people with different political positions should restrain their emotions based on the spirit of humanity. But what was the atmosphere on the internet at that time? Humanitarian care is natural, but there are still many Green Camp supporters who show happiness, ridicule and ridicule.

In essence, the DPP is not much different from some of its more radical supporters and the bad boys who love to bully people on campus, they just want to make us "cry", want to see us sad and miserable, and then get a pleasure similar to "ambitious hunger and meat, laughter and thirst for The blood of the Huns". Therefore, if we are in a hurry to find war criminals within the party, or curse Taiwan's future day by day, it looks like we can't eat and sleep well, then instead we have fulfilled the intention of the Green Camp.

It is indisputable that many politicians of the Kuomintang are indeed not contentious, unwilling to bear the burden of trouble, and the great enemy is still self-protective of themselves, but Rome is not caused by a day, and the change in party culture is not a simple one. If we lose our minds and agree with irrational demands such as "XXX kneels and also comes out to apologize", then don't we ourselves become part of the KUOMINTANG's disunity and a joke to show people? How can Taiwan society look up to the Kuomintang when it sees that the Kuomintang continues to be in disarray?

The most important thing for us Blue Camp supporters now is not to care about politics fanatically, but to eat well and sleep well and take care of our physical and mental health. Even if you don't watch the political news for a few months off, there will be no elections in the coming months. The important thing is to be happy, let the green camp see our strong and optimistic side, and solemnly declare to the green camp: "Even if you win the election, you will definitely not defeat our fighting spirit", so that we can save the incense of the comeback in the Taiwan society of worshiping the high and the low.

There is a saying that "it will rain in the day, and the mother will marry", which is used to describe a helpless contradiction. Indeed, if the KUOMINTK or any opposition force opposed to the DPP wants to win back power, there are too many headwind factors, and it is not necessarily useful for our efforts. That being the case, to paraphrase Mencius' words: "If we are poor, we are good at our own, and if we are good at what we do," if we can't even take care of ourselves and make ourselves happy and confident, and we are always angry with politicians, then what can we talk about changing Taiwan? Our family and friends need us as well.

The revolution has not yet succeeded, comrades still need to work hard, but do not over-invest, sad and sad.
