Reporter: You are deeply involved in the planning and review of the starting area and the underground space of the starting area and the comprehensive pipe corridor project of Xiong'an New Area. Yang Jingsheng: First, the whole process of planning. Emphasize systematization, including systematic layout, spatial flexibility, and intelligent management. The second is the construction of the whole process. The new district adopts BIM method for control. BIM, an acronym for Building Information Modeling, is a highly collaborative process in which architects, engineers, real estate developers, contractors, manufacturers, and other professionals can plan, design, and construct buildings in a single 3D model, with data that can be applied to the operation and management of buildings to help make informed decisions. BIM starts from level 0 to level 5, each stage has a level, for Xiong'an New Area, it is to strive to achieve a blueprint to the end. Reporter: What are the technical explorations and innovations in the construction of underground comprehensive pipe corridors in Xiong'an New Area?

Yang Jingsheng: The underground comprehensive pipe corridor is the "lifeline" to ensure the operation of the city. The construction of the underground comprehensive pipe corridor in Xiong'an New Area has run through the whole process of "Xiong'an quality" and green concept from the beginning. Including the aforementioned BIM digital control means, from planning, design, construction to post-operation and maintenance, the whole process of digital construction has truly been realized. A number of technologies applied in multi-functional corridor settings and small pipe corridors are at the forefront of the country, especially the long section of large tonnage of the overall prefabricated prefabricated comprehensive pipe corridor, which is the first in the country. The components of the prefabricated pipe gallery can be prefabricated in the factory in advance, hoisted and assembled for construction, which improves the quality of the pipe corridor at the same time, but also realizes the parallel construction of foundation excavation and prefabrication, which improves the construction efficiency by one-third compared with the traditional method.
