After the change of Xuanwumen, what was the first step for Li Shimin to start his career as emperor?

Li Shimin became emperor through the xuanwumen rebellion. The contradictions between Li Shimin and the imperial court lasted for many years, and the factions were widely distributed from the central to the local level. Today, Li Shimin has won, but how do the victors face the old contradictions? How did Li Shimin begin his career as emperor?

Factional struggle Vicious continuation

The governance of the world is full of problems, where should Li Shimin start?

On the first day that Li Shimin began to have the power to govern, he issued an order to the whole country in the name of the emperor, announcing on the one hand that the King of Qin governed shuzheng, on the other hand, announcing the crimes of Li Jiancheng and others, and also announcing that the Yu Party would not be prosecuted. He made a conciliatory gesture. So, what is the reaction of the world?

At that time, there were reactions everywhere. For example, Yizhou, which is today's Chengdu, immediately had a big case. The edict of amnesty was delivered by sending the son of Dou Lu, a servant of Yizhou Xingtai, to deliver it in person. Yizhou Xingtai Shangshu is Li Shimin, the servant is Dou Rail, and Dou Rail is Li Shimin's old subordinate, of course, Li Shimin's nemesis. But Dou Lu's subordinate Shangshu Wei Yunqi, a general who had been born in the army and had left a name in the Battlefield during the Sui Dynasty, seemed to have a better relationship with Li Jiancheng. Wei Yunqi and Dou Rail usually had contradictions, and now Dou Rail had the opportunity to take revenge. There is also a man named Guo Xingfang, who dou rail does not like. Dou Lu summoned these people to a meeting and said that there was an edict. Wei Yun got up and asked where was the edict? Dou Lu hid the edict in his sleeve and did not show it to him, but said: You are going to rebel. Without waiting for Wei Yunqi to defend himself, Dou Rail immediately ordered the left and right to arrest him. The soldiers grabbed Wei Yunqi and his brother and killed them together. Guo Xingfang looked at it and desperately ran away, and Dou Rail chased after him. The person who fled for his life, of course, used all his strength and ran back to Chang'an, did not get caught up, and saved his life. The edict of the imperial court demanded that the past not be blamed, but Dou Rail took the opportunity to kill many people. This shows that the struggle between the King of Qin and the former crown prince, although it has basically ended because of Li Jiancheng's death, this struggle continues to burn outside the capital.

Coincidentally, there was also an incident in Youzhou.

Li Yan, the governor of Youzhou, had no military talent, so the imperial court sent the general Wang Junkuo as his deputy, and the official name at that time was Zuo Changshi. The King of Lujiang was Li Jiancheng's man, and the two were closely related, and in the struggle against the Qin Dynasty, Li Jian became a very important ally of Li Jiancheng. Because Li Yu knew that he did not understand the military, Pingsuri relied heavily on Wang Junkuo, consulted with Wang Junkuo on everything, and agreed to be a protégé of his children. Of course, Li Shimin knew the relationship between the governor of Youzhou and Li Jiancheng, so after the Xuanwumen Incident, he specially sent Cui Dunli as an envoy to Youzhou and summoned Li Zhen back to Chang'an. Li Yu knew that something big had happened, and it was possible that Li Jiancheng had failed, but the details were unknown. In the face of the emissaries of the imperial court, he was extremely panicked, so he consulted Wang Junkuo on what to do. Wang Junkuo hoped to make a contribution by betraying Li Yu, so he persuaded him to start a trouble, saying: The king wants to enter Chang'an, and there is no possibility of preservation. Now that you have an army of tens of thousands of soldiers, why should you be at the mercy of others? Therefore, Wang Junkuo and Li Yu hugged and cried. Li Yu said: Today I will entrust my life to you. Then he took action, imprisoned Cui Dunli, and invited Yanzhou's assassin Shi Wangyi to discuss it together. Wang Junkuo saw that Li Yu had won the plan, and his heart blossomed.

Li Yu's soldier Cao joined the army, believing that Wang Junkuo was not trustworthy and should be eliminated as soon as possible, leaving Wang Yi in charge of military power. Even if Li Yan approves of this statement, she has no ability to execute. However, their discussion was known to Wang Junkuo, so Wang Junkuo preemptively took action. He first went to look for Wang Xue, who had just come out of the bath, holding his hair in his hand to see Wang Junkuo, and before he could figure out what was going on, Wang Junkuo took up his knife and cut off his head. Then Wang Junkuo came out with Wang Xue's head and said to the soldiers, Wang Yi and the governor Li Yu conspired together, and now Wang Yi has been killed by me. Do you follow Li Yi's rebellion to bring about the disaster of extermination, or do you join me in making meritorious contributions and gaining riches? Everyone responded in unison. Therefore, more than a thousand people rushed to the prison, first released the envoy Cui Dunli, and then went to find Li Zhen together. Hundreds of people around Li Yan were wearing armor and wanted to come out to fight, and Wang Junkuo said: Li Yan is plotting rebellion, do you want to follow him? As soon as everyone listened, they all dispersed. Li Yu scolded Wang Junkuo and said, "You little man betrayed me!" Wang Junkuo went forward to strangle Li Yan and passed on the head of Chang'an. Wang Junkuo thus made meritorious contributions, succeeding Li Yan and becoming the governor of Youzhou.

The reason why Wang Junkuo's conspiracy was successful was also to take advantage of the old contradiction between Li Jiancheng and Li Shimin.

Not only Yizhou and Youzhou, but also other places have occurred to varying degrees. For example, after Li Shimin became crown prince, he once again reiterated the content of the original amnesty, and did not pursue the original officials of the Eastern Palace and the Qi Palace, but when the officials of the Eastern Palace or the Qi Palace were captured, they were still escorted to Chang'an.

After the Xuanwumen Incident, Li Shimin was very eager to achieve reconciliation. The reason is simple, contradictions only make the rule problem. However, at the same time, the contradictory struggle between the two camps has been going on for a long time, and in the eyes of the officials of the Qin Dynasty, the habit of hatred has been cultivated. On the day of the Xuanwumen Incident, some people advocated a thorough liquidation of the personnel of the two palaces, and they probably had a liquidation list of about a hundred people. The Qin Dynasty was divided into two factions, and the majority advocated cutting down the grass and rooting out the roots, and it was necessary to eliminate these remnant parties. Wei Chi Jingde was the most resolute opponent, and he opposed the continued pursuit. His view is very clear: since the culprit has been punished, if he continues to pursue, it will cause social unrest. His original words were: "Sin is in the second evil, and it is the curse of the two." If you are a branch party, you must not ask for peace! When the history books record his views, they use a word of "fixed contention" to indicate that the attitude is very resolute. So, who is he fighting for? It should be the decision-maker, of course, Li Shimin. It is really rare that Wei Chi Jingde can think of stability at such a critical moment. At that time, everyone had already killed the red eye, and I was afraid that Li Shimin and the important advisers around him had forgotten that the situation had changed the overall situation.

Since Li Shimin decided not to pursue and kill after Wei Chi Jingde's insistence, he issued an edict in the name of the emperor to grant amnesty to the world. This is the fourth of June. However, the subsequent Yizhou and Youzhou incidents showed that it was very difficult for the world, especially the officialdom, to accept this edict and immediately achieve reconciliation. The habit of factional struggle continues viciously.

What should Li Shimin do to achieve reconciliation in the world? This is a major test to face as the de facto leader of the new country.

Stabilize the world and win the hearts and minds of the people

The old contradictions continue, and it is unpredictable to what extent they will be chaotic if they are not reconciled. It turned out that Li Shimin was the King of Qin, and now that he was in charge of great power, he would soon be in the world, and he had to consider the overall situation, so he had to reconcile. Soon, Li Shimin took a series of measures to stabilize the world and win the hearts and minds of the people.

The first is to immediately announce the cessation of the reform of Buddhism and Taoism. Wu De nine years

(626)

In April, Li Yuan, the Emperor of Tang, adopted a new policy of eliminating Buddhist and Taoist monks. The proportion of elimination is very high, the world's states, each state only leaves one monastery, Chang'an only leaves three monasteries, the rest are all demolished. Each monastery has a certain number of people, and everyone else is a layman. This policy is very significant. How many people are affected? At present, this number is difficult to calculate precisely, but according to the figures left by the Sui Dynasty, the total number of people who were monks was 236,200, not including The Taoist people, that is to say, these hundreds of thousands of people, plus the Taoists, must have a total of 300,000 or 400,000 people. These people have all fallen victim to Li Yuan's reform policies. Where are they willing to be vulgar, and the benefits of being a monk are many! Now, the new ruler Li Shimin, on the throne, came up and announced that the matter of eliminating monks and nuns was eliminated and that everything would be restored to the old system. That is to say, the original more than 4,000 monasteries, to cut down 80 percent, are now preserved. What's the point of this? Why abandon the policy of the Reformation? Isn't reform good for the country? In this country, in addition to the government being a very complete and developed organizational system, the most national organizations are Buddhism and Taoism. At that time, it was Buddhism and Taoism that could strongly influence public opinion. What Li Shimin urgently needs now is not the long-term development of the country, what he needs most now is the support of public opinion. This policy was announced. It is conceivable that hundreds of thousands of Buddhist and Taoist people have become natural supporters of Li Shimin's new regime.

In the second article, hundreds of officials were ordered to write letters and express their opinions on state policies. This is a policy for officials at all levels of government to make their own statements, in effect, to give them a chance. The system of government is the most powerful system in this society, and using this system, officials at all levels have a great social influence. Their attitude and position towards the new government are, of course, crucial. However, Li Shimin did not simply reward everyone with official titles, but asked them to state their views on governing the world, which should include criticism of existing policies and suggestions for future governance. The new leader's humble gesture of listening is a great opportunity for government officials with ideas. The opinions made go directly to the heavenly court, and if they are adopted, there may be a chance of a straight line. In the traditional political system, why is there always such a call for a broad voice? Because the system is too hierarchical, and there are few opportunities for direct criticism or suggestion, this policy of the new national leader will certainly be welcomed by hundreds of officials.

Third, draw a clear line with the old government. Li Shimin announced that from now on, all the eagle dogs raised in the harem would be released, that is, the emperor's rare treasures, and ordered that all localities should not pay tribute anymore. This has two meanings: first, it has drawn a clear line with the regimes of the past, which were all practices of the Li Yuan era, and we no longer do this now; second, it has reduced the burden of the people, offering treasures everywhere, so that the emperor can eat or have fun, but it has increased the burden of the common people out of thin air. This measure is quite welcomed by the masses of the people.

Fourth, three thousand palace women were released. This is a famous story of the rule of Chastity. The lonely Gong'e was not allowed to spend their lives in the deep courtyard, but let them go out of the palace to earn their own livelihoods and live a free life. This is a manifestation of humanity, and at the same time indicates that the new ruler does not need more people to serve, reflecting the determination to reduce the burden on society.

Of the four policies, the first two are population-specific and the last two are of universal significance. The two groups of people targeted by the first two items are absolutely very important and are the most critical part of stabilizing the world. And winning the hearts and minds of the general public is, of course, of great significance. Emphasis and universality are combined with ingenuity. Li Shimin's appearance on the stage is very beautiful, both with an overall vision and a prominent focus.

Generosity can tolerate enemies into friends

The center of gravity of reconciliation in the world is, of course, the original opposing faction. Since the emperor's edict announced the amnesty, the original opposing people and horses were not prosecuted, but was it enough not to pursue them?

Because the new government continued to release signals of reconciliation, many officers of the original Eastern Palace and the Qi Palace took the initiative to appear from hidden places. For example, Xue Wanche also came out of Zhongnan Mountain after Li Shimin's repeated overtures. Li Shimin fulfilled his promise, believing that all they had done was faithful to what they had done, that they were righteous soldiers, and that they would be pardoned.

Xue Wanche was an important military general in the Eastern Palace. He grew up in Youzhou, where his father was Xue Shixiong, a famous general of the Sui Dynasty, and later followed the crown prince Li Jiancheng, becoming the leading general of the Eastern Palace. On the day of the battle of Xuanwu Gate, Xue Wanche was very brave, and it was he who proposed to attack the Qin King's Palace. Xue Wanche personally killed Li Shimin's people, and now Li Shimin really did not blame him in the past. Xue Wanche fought bravely and fiercely, known in history as the "Three Armies of Courage", and later made many military achievements, was knighted as the Duke of Jun, served as a general, and married Princess Danyang, the sister of Emperor Taizong of Tang. Princess Danyang once heard Li Shimin comment on Xue Wanche behind his back, saying that he was too rustic. The princess therefore did not like Xue Wanche very much, and refused to sit with her for three months after marriage. After Li Shimin heard about it, he specially invited two people to come, and Li Shimin invited guests to dinner. Li Shimin made a special bet with Xue Wanche that the bet would be the emperor's sabre. The emperor made a bet and attracted everyone's attention, and the princess was also attracted. She saw that Li Shimin and Xue Wanche had a close relationship, and she did not have the slightest intention of looking down on Xue Wanche, and her heart naturally became happy. Unexpectedly, the result of the bet was that Tang Taizong lost, and a royal sword with gold and silver was handed over to Xue Wanche by the emperor himself. The princess was immediately proud of her new son-in-law. So a marriage got off to a good start. In fact, Tang Taizong deliberately lost. The meticulousness of Tang Taizong's ideological work can be seen.

Xue Wanche was a military attaché of the Eastern Palace and a famous general at that time. Tang Taizong not only did not pursue it, but also reused it, which was not only conducive to the reconciliation of the world at that time, but also conducive to the governance of the world in the future. Xue Wanche was distinguished in many major battles that later defeated the Turks, swept Tuguhun, and marched into Liaodong. Therefore, Li Shimin's reconciliation policy not only received immediate practical results, but also made the heroes of the world trust the new government from courtesy to Xue Wanche and others, and also allowed the country to receive the practical effects of long-term governance. The so-called thousand armies are easy to obtain, and one will be difficult to find. From the appointment of Xue Wanche, we can see that the reconciliation policy is not only not to blame the past, but to hire according to the talent. This is actually a big step forward than all the questions in the amnesty edict.

The same problem was also manifested in the treatment of the courtiers of the Eastern Palace, and the representative figure was Wei Zheng.

Wei Zheng was a core member of Li Jiancheng's subordinates in the Eastern Palace, and his official position was prince washing horses. Washima was the head of the Eastern Palace Bureau, and from Wupin, he specialized in managing the books of the Eastern Palace, and often had to discuss scholarly articles with the prince. In the course of the struggle between Li Jiancheng and Li Shimin, the King of Qin, Wei Zheng was a man who advocated extreme measures against Li Shimin. At the time of the Xuanwumen Incident, the people of the Qin King's Mansion had a list of a hundred people left and right in the Eastern Palace and the Qi King's Mansion, ready to be killed. Later, because of Wei Chi Jingde's insistence, it was not implemented. I guess Wei Zheng should be on this list of 100 people.

After the change of Xuanwumen, what was the first step for Li Shimin to start his career as emperor?

After the Xuanwumen Incident, Wei Zheng did not flee. He stayed in Chang'an, ready to die. After the Xuanwumen Incident, Li Shimin summoned Wei Zheng, and the most recorded of this was the Zizhi Tongjian, which dated June 12. When Li Shimin saw Wei Zheng, he made a big accusation against him, saying: Why did you alienate our brothers? Listening to Li Shimin's aggressive questioning, "everyone is afraid of it", everyone panicked for Wei Zheng. Unexpectedly, Wei Zheng "behaved freely" and replied very calmly: If the former prince had listened to me earlier, there would definitely be no disaster today. When Wei Zheng actually spoke like this, the ministers on the spot must have been surprised. However, Li Shimin's behavior was very abnormal, and instead of continuing to ask questions, he "changed his appearance and cited him as the master of Zhan Shi", treated Wei Zheng with courtesy, and reused him. Why? The Zizhi Tongjian said that Li Shimin Pingsu attached great importance to Wei Zheng's talents.

This conversation made me take the trouble to understand. Why did Li Shimin start to be aggressive, and then suddenly change his attitude? Why did Wei Zheng have a somewhat arrogant attitude, but did not evade his responsibilities? Why did he dare to speak out that he persuaded the former crown prince to kill Li Shimin, and Li Shimin let him go?

This is a dialogue between two martial arts masters, and if you don't think about it carefully, you really can't understand the mysteries in it.

To understand the mystery of this short dialogue, we must first understand the two fundamental problems of the struggle between Li Jiancheng and Li Shimin: First, the struggle between Li Jiancheng and Li Shimin is essentially a struggle for the highest power, a struggle between you and me, so the two of them are the key, and the others are just vassals. There is no point in holding subordinates accountable. Because such a struggle cannot be provoked by others. This is the nature of the struggle. Second, the victory or defeat of this struggle depends on the means, and simply put, the final outcome depends on who strikes first. The first move is the basic principle. Li Shimin struck first, and the result was victory. Li Jiancheng did not start first, so he failed.

Let's analyze the dialogue between Li Shimin and Wei Zheng.

Li Shimin came with a menacing force, which made everyone very afraid: "Why did you alienate our brotherly relationship?" ”

What about Wei Zheng? The question was not answered at all, leaving Li Shimin's ferocious attitude frustrated. Why didn't Wei Zheng answer this question? Remember the first point just made, the essence of this struggle is a struggle for supreme power, which has nothing to do with others. Li Shimin's question was to muddy the waters and explore Wei Zheng's bottom line. For example, if Wei Zheng replied that there was no separation, or that your relationship could not be separated. That's all about the first question. And that's a very dangerous problem. Therefore, Wei Zheng did not answer Li Shimin's question, but directly entered the second question, that is, the question of the means of this struggle, that is, the question of who will win first. Wei Zheng said that I had also suggested using the same method, but the prince did not listen to me, so there was today's ending.

When Wei Zheng said this, it was very important to express two attitudes. First, I have a clear understanding of this struggle; second, I have great admiration for His Highness the King of Qin.

Wei Zheng went directly to the question of the means of struggle, expressing that Wei Zheng was even more prescient than the King of Qin on this issue, and realized the necessity of taking absolute measures earlier than the King of Qin. In this regard, Li Shimin is inferior. Because of the same means, Wei Zhengxian Li Shimin had already thought of it. As a courtier, this is actually the most important talent.

However, Wei Zheng was not proud of this, but used this message to express his admiration for Li Shimin. Why? Wei Zheng said that his correct opinion was not adopted by the former prince, that is, I was actually not very valued by the former prince. The correct opinion has now been proven. Not being adopted, of course, is a manifestation of the lack of talent. If it is not the former prince, but His Highness the King of Qin? Of course, my correct opinion will be adopted, because in fact you have adopted the same policy as me. If I were under your command, of course, I wouldn't be pregnant with you.

On the one hand, Wei Zheng expressed his own talent, and on the other hand, he expressed his submission to Li Shimin. Why do you say That Li Shimin suddenly changed his attitude? It was because he heard Wei Zheng's voice. Many people were still worried about Wei Zheng on the spot, where did they think that Wei Zheng and Li Shimin had already finished communicating. Wei Zheng expressed his heart satisfaction and sincerity with an indomitable attitude, and Li Shimin could see Wei Zheng's heart song through Wei Zheng's attitude, of course, he was also a high person. This is a dialogue between two martial arts masters, the audience has not yet seen the moves, the two have already shook hands and made peace, talking and laughing.

This historical conversation is definitely a scene.

With such an analysis, we should not underestimate Wei Zheng because of this. Wei Zheng won the respect of the monarch with an attitude of not being humble, because Wei Zheng was wise and deeply aware of Li Shimin's psychology, so later Wei Zheng was always more able to persuade Li Shimin than others. The two are real masters, and the problems that the two of them can communicate cannot even be understood by others.

Li Shimin's reuse of Wei Zheng was the most wonderful stroke of Zhenguan Zhizhi. Li Shimin has since gained the reputation of reusing his enemies, and Wei Zheng has also been able to display his talents to serve the country. The good name of Zhenguan Zhizhi was unimaginable without Wei Zheng. At the same time as deciding to appoint Wei Zheng, Li Shimin announced that the original Eastern Palace old party Wei Ting and Wang Jue were also recalled for appointment.

In the Zizhi Tongjian, after the narrative is not to kill Wei Zheng, it is Li Shimin's government that announces a new policy of opening up the way of speech and eliminating the contribution of the world and releasing the eagle dog. No one says who came up with the idea. I doubt it very much that this was Wei Zheng's first gift to Li Shimin. The focus of world reconciliation is to win the support of the people and the bureaucracy. Wei Zheng was a great politician, and it was entirely possible that such an idea had come from his thinking.

Wei Zheng sent the whole world back to his heart

Wei Zheng's second gift to Li Shimin was an envoy to Hebei. If Wei Zheng's previous gift was not yet certain, then this second gift was real.

Why is it important to go to Hebei? Because Hebei has always been a problem area for the Tang Dynasty, it is also the most likely to be dangerous. Before that, there was Dou Jiande, and then there was Liu Heimin, and just now there was the Li Yan incident of The King of Lujiang. In addition, there were constantly local officials in Hebei who escorted people from the Former Eastern Palace and the Former Qi Palace to Chang'an, which made people panic. Therefore, settling Hebei is almost equivalent to settling the world.

Why did he send Wei Zheng to Hebei? Because only Wei Zheng is the best candidate. Although many people were worried about letting the tiger return to the mountain, Li Shimin vigorously defied the public opinion and used Wei Zheng.

Wei Zheng himself was born in Hebei. When Dou Jiande controlled Hebei, he also served as Dou Jiande's minister. When Li Jiancheng suppressed Liu Heimin, it was because he followed Wei Zheng's advice that Liu Heimin's military heart was broken. Wei Zheng was known for his prestige in Hebei. Not only that, Wei Zheng was also the core figure of the former Eastern Palace, and it was the most convincing to announce the reconciliation policy now. Since Wei Zheng and other military generals such as Wenchen and Xue Wanche had all submitted to Li Shimin, the conflict between the original two camps had disappeared. Li Shimin's incorporation of the two palaces not only enabled the thorough implementation of the reconciliation policy, but also added a new force to the future governance of the world.

Wei Zheng sent an envoy to Hebei and indeed fulfilled the mission of world reconciliation. During Wei Zheng's stay in Hebei, he happened to encounter a local official escorting the former Eastern Palace to Chang'an, and Wei Zheng insisted on releasing him on the spot. He said: We are responsible for the prince for this matter. If you think about it, this person was escorted all the way to Chang'an, just like a parade. Everywhere you go, people know that this is the former East Palace people to catch. Even if he was escorted to Chang'an and released by the crown prince, the bad influence he brought along the way was difficult to eliminate, which was not conducive to reconciliation. Wei Zheng dared to take responsibility and let people go on the spot. After he returned, Li Shimin praised him a lot, because he was very bold in doing this thing. Nothing happened in Hebei, and this is an important part of Li Shimin's stability of the world.

Wu De nine years

In October, two months after Li Shimin ascended to the throne as emperor, the policy of reconciliation between the world and the world had taken effect, and Li Shimin's heart had settled down. In October, Li Shimin issued an edict, and the former crown prince Li Jiancheng was made the King of Xie and Li Yuanji was made the King of Thorns, although the name was not very good, but they still obtained the qualification of king. This means that Li Shimin still recognizes them as his brothers. Sixteen years later, Li Shimin made some changes, posthumously honoring Li Jiancheng as crown prince and Li Yuanji as king of Chao. That's an afterthought, with a different background. Li Shimin also decided that Li Jiancheng and Li Yuanji would be formally buried with the etiquette of a prince. On the day of the reburial, Li Shimin was at the Yiqiu Gate and cried very sadly. According to the request of Wei Zheng and others, the former ministers of the original two palaces were allowed to go to the cemetery for burial. Wei Zheng, these old people of the Eastern Palace, also had an account for the dead lord. Li Shimin's magnanimity made everyone more determined to work hard for the new imperial court.

The world's reconciliation policy has come to a perfect conclusion.

In the process, we see a new emperor with a big heart. The history books record that because of Li Shimin's new measures to come to power, "the government decrees are simple and solemn, and the Chinese and foreign countries are very happy." The emperor is not only broad-minded, but also quick-witted, has methods, means, and is clean and neat. This has greatly increased the confidence of the world.

Of course, the reconciliation of the world has won the hearts of the people, but the resolute diehards are still skeptical to the end. Li Yi is a representative of this. Li Yi was from Youzhou and was the most famous warrior in northern Hebei. Later, he followed the crown prince Li Jiancheng and was given the title of King of Yan County, Zhen shoujing Prefecture. Of course, Li Shimin knew his background, and although he tried his best to appease him, he still did not believe it, and finally embarked on the road of rebellion. Li Yi was in the first year of Zhenguan

(627)

Rebellion in the first month. Does this justify the failure of the settlement policy? No, because Li Yi's rebellion was too unpopular, and before the imperial court's repressive army had arrived, he was disintegrated by his own subordinates, and finally killed by his entourage on the way to flee to the Turks.

The world's reconciliation policy is perfect. However, this is only the aftermath of the Xuanwumen Incident. For Li Shimin, compared with governing the world, this move is just a small test.
