Spring Festival, Lantern Festival and other traditional festivals are coming, in order to better meet the residents' holiday consumption needs and release consumption potential, the National Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Promoting Consumption in the Near Future", proposing ten measures such as meeting holiday consumption demand according to local conditions, creating an upgraded version of online festival consumption, expanding county rural consumption, expanding ice and snow consumption, and improving the supply of cultural, tourism and leisure services.
The "Notice" emphasizes that it is necessary to adhere to the normalization of epidemic prevention and control to stabilize and expand consumption, implement the main responsibilities of local entities, prevent simplification, "one-size-fits-all" and "layer by layer" prevention and control, and minimize the impact on the production and life of the people. The notice proposes to comply with the needs of the elderly to reunite with their children's places of residence, and to do a good job in the traditional and intelligent, online and offline travel services of special groups such as the elderly.
At the same time, we should increase the strength of the protection for the people in need, earnestly guarantee the payment of wages to migrant workers, do everything possible to meet the basic living consumption needs of the people in need, ensure that the broad masses of the people spend festive, peaceful, safe, healthy, and green festivals, and strive to achieve a "stable opening of the door" of the economy throughout the year.
