What exactly are these small white particles bulging on the chin?
The small white particles shown in the picture above are the sebaceous glands of the expanded and raised hair follicles, and the filaments that squeeze it out are called lipid filaments (sebaceous filaments).
This is a normal physiological phenomenon that many people will have (do not believe in looking at the jaws of the people around you).
Many small partners have said that young people do not understand things and even use knives to scrape out blood.
In fact, it is not recommended to squeeze them casually, because it may cause expansion of the hair follicle hole and inflammation around the sebaceous gland of the hair follicle.
There is no good solution to this at present, you can try topical tretinoin cream, adapalene gel, or salicylic acid, fruit acid skin care products, may be helpful, but the effect is more limited.
But in fact, there is no need to pay too much attention, normal social distancing is not clear to see these small particles, girls on the foundation concealer is basically invisible.
