The practice of grilling pork ribs with garlic
- Add minced garlic, ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper and cooking oil to the washed ribs, mix well and marinate for more than 30 minutes. (The longer it is pickled, the more flavorful it becomes, and the ribs can be soaked in cold water for a while in advance, which can remove excess blood and water, and the roasted ribs will be more juicy.) )
- The baking tray is lined with tin foil, and the marinated ribs are laid flat on the baking sheet, and the surface is covered with a layer of tin foil.
