Jade carving master Wang Yifan and others donated works to the Weihai Museum

According to the Weihai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism:

From August 28, 2021 to January 9, 2022, the "Fuhai Shoushan - National Shoushan Famous Stone Artists Exhibition" jointly organized by Weihai Museum, Weihai Shoushan Stone Museum and Fuzhou Stone Carving Art and Craft Factory was exhibited in Hall 2 of Weihai Museum. The exhibition exhibits a total of 120 Shoushan stone carvings, which have been widely praised since its launch, attracting a large number of citizens and tourists to visit.

Wang Yifan, a master of Chinese jade carving and a master of arts and crafts in Fujian Province, donated the "Seal of the Whip Button" to the Weihai Museum for collection, which is ingenious and has high artistic value, filling the gap in the collection of Shoushan stone masterpieces in our museum, and highlighting Mr. Wang Yifan's support and selfless dedication to the cause of the museum. In addition, Luo Kun, director of Weihai Shoushan Stone Museum, donated a set of (8 pieces) of Shoushan stone carvings representing Weihai characteristics to our museum - "Eight Views of Weihai".
