In January 2019, Shanghai Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. obtained the naming rights of Shanghai Longteng Table Tennis Sports Club, and the three parties have always been committed to carrying out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in team construction and athlete training, injecting vitality into the development of Shanghai table tennis projects through marketization and professionalization, so that athletes can get the opportunity to exercise in the competition and enhance the overall strength of Shanghai table tennis level. Shanghai table tennis player Xu Xin won the world championships, world cups and multi-stop tour during the preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games, and the men's singles and mixed doubles events have remained at the forefront of the world rankings for a long time. At the Tokyo Olympic Games, Xu Xin won the men's team championship and the mixed doubles runner-up. In the 14th National Games, the Shanghai table tennis team won the gold medal in mixed doubles and the fourth place in men's doubles. In addition, many members of the Shanghai table tennis team also successfully participated in the table tennis super league with the support of the real estate group and achieved good results.
