Prince Qing Zaizhen

Qingwangfu is the most exquisite mansion of the Fifth Avenue. Looking in from the gate, it is a Western-style building decorated with yellow and green glazed tiles and railings, with original dragon pillars in the interior and a small garden outside. Originally the private residence of Xiao Dezhang, the chief eunuch of the late Qing Dynasty, it was favored by Zai Zhen, the fourth prince of Qing, in 1923, and exchanged more than ten floating houses on the north road and more than ten acres of zhengzhou Daokongji. In 1925, he moved in and was named Tianjin Qingwangfu.
The Qingwang Mansion in Tianjin was inhabited by Zai Zhen and his son Pu And his wife. The original three-story building, with a higher floor on it, as the "shadow hall" of the ancestors, the old system of the royal palace has not changed, and every morning according to the system of sacrifice, every New Year's Festival, red and white events, but also a feast for the Qing Dynasty.

The guests who came and went were only the descendants of the king (Na Tong) Qianjin, and they were also the relatives of his children, the military ministers "Rong Zhongtang" Rong Qing, Xu Shichang, the old literati Jin Liang, Zhang Xuan and others.
The abundance of Zaizhen's diet is unmatched by other apartments on the Fifth Avenue. There are six chefs in charge of the stove alone, and there are nine people under the hands, and the daily consumption of chicken, duck, fish, and mountain treasures and seafood is as much as fifty or sixty pounds.
The Qingwang Mansion holds banquets, not using foreign liquor or domestic liquor, but using the homemade liquor of the house. In Tianjin, Liu Xiangjiu, manager of Dazhigu Yijuyong WineRy, served good white dry wine, and then the eunuchs and servants in the palace put fruits and Chinese herbs into the altar, wrote down the date of sealing, and took turns to take it out and drink it. This method is said to come from the Qianlong Dynasty's Inner Palace.
In that year, Tianjin Qingwangfu and Gao Xingqiao built a persuasion field, the Gao family and the Qingwangfu had contacts, Gao Bohai, the son of Gao Xingqiao, once remembered the recipe of fragrant liquor: 50 kilograms of white dry wine to make wine blanks, 3 kilograms of papaya and bergamot, 1 kilogram of Chinese herbal medicine Yin Chen, 3 kilograms of fresh fruits and oranges, 3 kilograms of fragrant yuan, 3 kilograms of mung beans, and 5 kilograms of rock sugar. This wine contains two ingredients of fruit wine and medicinal wine, drinking sweet and fragrant, but only suitable for self-brewing, not suitable for mass production, interested friends can also try.
