Professor Chen Xiaoping is a distinguished expert of the Institute of Scientific Research of the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China and a doctoral supervisor of Beijing Sport University. He is also the vice chairman of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Sports Science Society, the vice chairman of the Physical Fitness Society, the expert of the Major Special Guide for the Winter Olympics of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, and the scientific and technological expert of the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China in preparation for the Olympic Games.
