In order to facilitate passengers to purchase tickets and refund and change tickets, the railway department extends the ticketing service time of the 12306 website (including mobile phone clients) to 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the next day (except every Tuesday); provides a 24-hour Internet ticket refund service, and the refund deadline is extended from 25 minutes before the bus stop to before driving, and the 12306 client is added to the refund channel without login; the original post-driving ticket change business that can only be handled at the ticket face station is added to the online processing channel. At the same time, the electronic ticket change function is added at the self-service ticket vending terminal; the latest deadline for standby ticket purchase is adjusted from 6 hours before driving to 2 hours; and passengers are provided with temporary electronic identification certificates.
