The fertility champion among the princesses of the Qing Dynasty, she married someone else at the age of 7 and was crowned a princess of Gulun through four dynasties

The Princesses of the Qing Dynasty looked glamorous, but in fact most of them were not very lucky, they were just the weight of the royal family's profits, and they had no right to control their marriages. However, there are also some princesses who have found their own happiness under this kind of political marriage and become a model in marriage with relatives, such as Princess Gulun Ao Han that I want to talk about today.

Princess Gulun Ao Han was born in the sixth year of the Mandate of Heaven (1621) to the father of Emperor Taiji, the eighth son of the Later Jin Dynasty Lord Nurhaci, and her mother was Emperor Taiji's successor, Dafujin Ullanara. The Uranara clan was the daughter of a nobleman from the Ural tribe, whose father Boguodul died at the hands of the Great Belle Daishan at an early age, and then the Uranara clan married to Jianzhou, where the Uranara clan also had a niece of the same clan, she was nurhaci's last grand concubine Abahai, the biological mother of Dorgon.

In other words, this Uranara clan was a woman who was very favored by the Emperor Taiji in the early days, and under the favor, the Uranara clan gave birth to three children, namely the eldest son Hauge, the second son Logue and the eldest daughter (Princess Gulun Ao Han). Moreover, Emperor Taiji's concubine Fu Jin (daughter of Eyidu) was abandoned for breaking into the Khan's palace in a sedan and not paying homage to his younger uncle Azig, and since then, the Uranara clan has become the successor of Emperor Taiji.

However, what is unexpected is that just after the Uranara clan gave birth to Princess Gulun Ao Han in 1621, it disappeared into the historical records, and when Emperor Taiji ascended the throne in 1626, the Empress of the Middle Palace had been replaced by Zhezhe, where did the Uranara clan go? Could it be an early death? If it was an early death, why Huang Taiji did not posthumously give her a name, all this seems to have become a mystery.

After Emperor Taiji succeeded to the throne, Princess Gulun Ao Han, as the eldest daughter of the Emperor, instantly became a fragrant feast, and sure enough, in the second year (1627) when Emperor Taiji succeeded to the Khan's throne, Zhuo Liktu, a Saichen of the Ao Han Dynasty, came to Shengjing to ask for the marriage of his son. Ao Hanbu was located in western Liaoning, the strategic position was very important, very critical to the next step of the Later Jin attack on the Chahar and Ming army, and the Ao Hanbu was also looking for a large tree to cool off the clan, the two immediately matched, the Emperor Taiji immediately decided to marry the eldest daughter of the 7-year-old Xu to Ban Di, the son of Saichen Zhuo Liktu.

In 1633, when Princess Gulun Ao Han was 13 years old, Emperor Taiji fulfilled the contract and married his daughter to Bandi, the son of Saichen ZhuoLiktu, and rewarded her with rich dowry items. Emperor Taiji, who was proclaimed empress, made Bandi the king of Zasak Doro County, making him the leader of the Ao Han Clan. After the princess and Bandi married, the two were very affectionate, and gave birth to five children successively, which belonged to a unique branch among the princesses of the Qing Dynasty, and Bandi also accompanied the Emperor Taiji on many occasions to conquer the west and made great military achievements, becoming the dragon-riding son-in-law of the Emperor Taiji.

Moreover, Princess Gulun Ao Han also came to Shengjing Province with E-Tong Bandi many times, and each time she was greeted by the Zhonggong Daifu Jin Zhezhe, it can be said that the marriage of Princess Gulun Ao Han is a model for the successful marriage of the Qing Dynasty. However, because of the many years of fighting on the battlefield, his body was already scarred, which seriously affected his life expectancy.

In the fourth year of Shunzhi, Ezhu Bandi unfortunately died, and only seven years later, Princess Ao Han of Gulun followed her husband, only 34 years old, and was buried on the west bank of the middle reaches of the Mengke River in Ao Han Province, with a princess garden.
