He Xi, 22, is a Tibetan boy from the former Shuang zipline township in Heishui County, Aba Prefecture. In 2019, he joined Sichuan Ruitong Group and became a safety officer in the MH3 project department of Maohong Road. His job responsibilities include the investigation of potential safety hazards at the construction site, the supervision of workers' operating specifications, etc., and he is the "first responsible person" for the safety of the construction site.
