The Qing Dynasty was the last unified feudal dynasty in China, which lasted for 296 years, during which twelve emperors were born. After the outbreak of the Xinhai Revolution, Yuan Shikai ended the rule of the Qing Dynasty and established the Republic of China, and the 6-year-old emperor Puyi was forced to step down.

But every dynasty had loyal subjects, and the Qing Dynasty was destroyed, but Puyi was still there. Therefore, some ministers wanted to gather the strength they could to help Puyi rebuild the Qing Dynasty. Shengyun was one of the courtiers who was loyal to the Qing Dynasty, and even under his organization, he was about to make a comeback for Puyi.
The fall of the Qing Dynasty
After the Qing Dynasty experienced the process of closing the country, the great opening of the country ushered in a large number of foreign resources. Foreign forces had an impact on the domestic market, and to a certain extent, although they stimulated the economic development of the Qing Dynasty, they allowed many foreign forces to infiltrate it.
With the colonization of China by foreign forces, many people with advanced ideas in China began to carry out revolutionary acts, hoping to save China by changing the law and avoiding China being divided by the great powers. Among these forces, the most powerful is Yuan Shikai.
Yuan Shikai was originally an official of the Qing Dynasty, but for some reason he was impeached by others, and then he resigned and went home. But with the radicalism of the domestic reformers, Puyi felt the danger, so he needed a person to resist the revolutionaries' attack.
At this time, Yuan Shikai regained control of the heavy power and led troops to fight against the revolutionaries. However, after Yuan Shikai gained power, he privately reached a consultation with the revolutionaries, as long as he could force Puyi to step down, the revolutionaries would stop. While yuan shikai was acting with the revolutionaries, he was elevating the forces of the Qing Dynasty little by little.
In the end, Yuan Shikai successfully knocked Puyi off the stage and became the leader as he wished. However, Yuan Shikai's political direction did not conform to the direction of the revolution, so Yuan Shikai was again bombed down by the struggle.
The Viceroy of Shaanxi and Gansu was promoted
Shengyun was born in 1858, his life was a Qing Mongolian blue flag, as the second most honored qing dynasty status, Shengyun was born with a golden key. Seung Yoon was exposed to military and politics from an early age and received the best education possible.
Because of the family's reasons, Shengyun was directly assigned an official and a half-post when he was just an adult. Shengyun's family is the founding merit of the Qing Dynasty at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, witnessing the development history of the entire Qing Dynasty, so Shengyun has been loyal to the Qing Dynasty since he was a child.
Shengyun first served as the inspector of Shanxi, and although he said that he had no real power, Shengyun worked hard to discover local problems and devoted himself to local infrastructure construction and economic development. Soon, under the vigorous transformation of Shengyun, the local economy developed rapidly, and the results of his efforts were obvious to all.
Because of Shengyun's personal ability, he successively served as an envoy and inspector of Shaanxi Province, the governor of Chahar, and the governor of Shaanxi and Gansu. However, when the state was about to establish a new policy, Shengyun opposed it, so Shengyun, who preferred to die, was dismissed.
Sheng Yun's reason for opposing the New Deal is simple, because the country's doors are wide open and a lot of new ideas have flowed into the country. At this time, some ministers were very aggressive in proposing the implementation of new policies, but the current situation at home and abroad was different, and these ministers had not thought about these issues, so the implementation of the new policy would certainly be a problem.
As a result, the problem really appeared, the Wuchang Uprising broke out, and Shengyun was reactivated by the imperial court and became the head of the Shaanxi region. Yuan Shikai did not know the news that Puyi had been forced to step down in Beijing, and he was still single-mindedly fighting against the revolutionary army.
Sheng Yun was a rare politician and military expert, who led the Gan army all the way to the east, recovered more than ten cities, and forced them to Xi'an City. But at this time, the news that Puyi was forced to step down reached Shengyun's ears.
He was particularly angry about this matter and felt that Yuan Shikai was a despicable villain. After calming down, Sheng Yun decided to capture the city of Xi'an, take the whole of Shaanxi into his own hands, and then take Puyi over and help him restore the Qing Dynasty.
However, the news of Puyi's downfall soon spread throughout the army, and the inside of the Gan army soon exploded, and without the emperor they lost the meaning of fighting. Therefore, the heart of the Gan army was shaken, and Shengyun wanted to turn the tide, but the Gan army was still disbanded, and Shengyun's plan to restore the country was directly stillborn.
However, although this plan was not successful, Shengyun did not give up the idea of restoring the country. Sheng Yun immediately thought of another candidate who could jointly restore the country, Zhang Xun, the commander of the Braided Army. Speaking of Zhang Xun, he was also one of the die-hard loyalists of the Qing Dynasty.
After Shengyun found Zhang Xun, he told Zhang Xun about the current situation and told Zhang Xun that Puyi was still in the Qing Dynasty and did not die. Moreover, the domestic situation is now complicated, with warlords, the Kuomintang, the revolutionary party and other forces checking each other. So they can have a chance to breathe, and then wait until the strength is strong to assist Puyi to continue to ascend to the throne.
Shengyun's dream of restoration
Zhang Xun felt that Shengyun was right, so Shengyun stayed under Zhang Xun's account for the time being. After settling down, he mobilized all his forces to recruit the Revivalists, and after several months, Zhang Xun's power became stronger and stronger.
However, yuan shikai's thinking had problems, and he finally died and disappeared. After shengyun learned that Yuan Shikai was dead, he ran to Zhang Xundu and asked zhang xun to continue to organize the restoration of the country. But Zhang Xun did not want to restore the country, because this matter was too difficult to handle, and it was also hit once, and the strength was not as good as before.
Seung-yoon was particularly happy to find Jang Hoon and said that the Japanese would support him, and Jang Hoon's heart settled down. After the planning and operation of the two, Puyi successfully became emperor in July 1917, and Shengyun's dream of restoring the country was realized.
However, the good times did not last long, Puyi had just been the emperor for half a month, and the warlord Duan Qirui came over and drove Puyi off the stage. This was not over, the warlord Feng Yuxiang came again and directly drove Puyi out of the Forbidden City.
The dream of restoring the country was finally shattered, and Sheng Yun and Puyi fled to Tianjin together, and in 1931, he went to hexi. In the second year after Shengyun's death, the Japanese directly reached out to help, forcefully lifted Puyi up, and helped him establish a puppet state of Manchukuo.
However, the Japanese helped Puyi to restore the country, not to give Sheng Yun a dream, but to divide China. Poor Shengyun, although he did not see the situation clearly and seemed a little stupid, but his loyalty deserved people's admiration.
