When handling, passengers can log in to the 12306 mobile APP, find the "Temporary Identity Certificate" option in the "Warm Service" column, enter the name and ID number, and follow the prompts for face verification.

It should be noted that each person can only apply for it 3 times a month, and the electronic temporary ride identification certificate is valid for 24 hours after each successful application. The electronic temporary ride identification certificate is limited to the use of railway business and cannot be used for other means.
