The small courtyard of The Shutang is located at the foot of the Shutang Mountain according to the main peak context, and before the re-molding of the Shutang Mountain cultural vein was opened, the mountain path of the Shutang Mountain had long been covered with weeds, and the eight scenes of the Shutang Recorded in the historical materials were also obscured. The Small Courtyard of Shutang was originally a local house surnamed Shen, which was no different from other houses in the countryside, but was used as a shelter from the wind and rain.
In 2012, the context of Shutang Mountain was reshaped, and the eight views of Shutang were restored according to the Tang Dynasty and wild book rhymes, and the head and open space in front of this house were also remodeled in a garden-style manner, so that Shutang Mountain had such a small courtyard as it is now.
There are many tourists who have come to Shutang Mountain, but there are not many people who have entered the Shutang Courtyard, it may be that the fame of a generation of Kai Sheng Ouyang Inquiry is too great, and the Shutang Courtyard has been here for less than ten years, and it is actually full of style.
I especially like the elegant and quiet of the small courtyard of the bookstore, when there is nothing to do, I often come here, the courtyard of the bookstore also has special feelings for me, as if it knows me, as soon as I enter the courtyard, the mountain birds that are chattering endlessly will rush over, you see! Early this morning came to the courtyard of the bookstore, and caught up with the warm winter sun to visit the door, I quickly moved a chair to the middle of the courtyard to sit, just squinting my eyes and feeling worried, the tourists who passed by actually took photos through the courtyard wall window, so I accidentally became a small scenery of the shutang mountain.
In front of the courtyard is the mountain gate entrance tourist path, which is pulled by the White Wall and Gray Eaves, and the small courtyard of the Shutang lies in the arms of the Shutang Mountain.
The yard is not large, it is a small open space between the path in front of the door and the house, the courtyard door is not opened in front of the house according to the convention, but in the inner corner on the west side of the wall, looking in from this direction, lengthening the depth of the courtyard, and also in line with the subtle and restrained temperament of the Chinese garden.

The potted plants in the yard are very rich, and there is no deliberate decoration but it is just right: the water hyacinth is crowded in the old horse's nest of the mashi and blossoms, the alpine azalea tiptoes up and the flower bones are high and blushing, the golden marbles stand on the old stone piers, the golden fruits are wrapped around the waist, and all kinds of orchids gather together and spit out the flowers. There are also Wenzhu, Ziwei, Star anise, Privet, Begonia, Boxwood, Chi Nan... Each showed its abundance, and decorated a small courtyard so that it could not find the shadow of winter.
On both sides of the entrance gate is a pair of bluestone door god stone carvings supported by large camphor wood piers, also known as the heavenly official blessing statue, the statue knife technique is subtle, the open-faced heavenly court is full, the literary atmosphere is attacking, standing on the steps of the gate, it seems to be enjoying the beauty of the courtyard.
Stepping into the threshold, the first thing that grabs the eye is the two carved old wooden doors directly opposite, the old wooden door is very straight to the beam, and on both sides hangs he Shaoji's handwritten calligraphy with iron wood yin: The resort is happy to be linjiang Wandiyun Mountain to elaborate; Gao Qing also loves Shi Yiyuan's flowers and bamboo exquisitely. This lianhe Shaoji was written at Seongnam Academy, which coincidentally coincides with the temperament here. Leaning on the old wooden door, there is a flat headline case, and these old objects of about the same age are pieced together, but they have accidentally become a beautiful cultural wall. Above the strips and gantry are placed several pieces of old porcelain collected by the people, which are not honorable, but add plain and elegant. On the note, an old monk inscribed on yellow rice paper with the three characters of Shutang Mountain was clean and safe, and leaned on the old wooden door, introducing the entire literary atmosphere of Shutang Mountain into the courtyard hall.
There is a large-money old eight immortal table and a few Zen stools in the doorway, which is the place where guests can drink, there are several Ming-style chairs and a seat in the direction of the wall around the wall, and on the left side of the entrance is a bookshelf, and the bookshelf is not large but there are many books. In addition, occupying most of the space in the main hall is a large copywriter about four meters long and two meters wide, the ink on the copywriting has not dried, the stationery supplies are very neat, presumably there are many literati who have come to the small courtyard of the library to admire the sages and the Taoist book.
The right wing of the main hall is a study, which contains a bookcase and an old square table, as well as a Ming-style nap bed for visitors to rest temporarily. On the walls of the main hall and the study, there are many carved plates, which are the wisdom and craftsmanship left by the ancestors, and have long been restored to the original undertone and charm through the fading of paint treatment. The stories hidden in the carved board cannot be told: fishing tree cultivation reading, Meng Mu sanqian, abandoning officials to find mothers, huai orange widows... One after another, all of them are about Confucian classics, and if you comb them into a book, you may squeeze through the study here.
Behind the main hall are storage rooms and stairways, and then there are kitchens and miscellaneous houses. The second floor does not have too many furnishings, the style is basically the same as the first floor, but the balcony on the second floor has a wide view, which can not only know the visitors from the mountains, but also communicate with the sun and the moon.
It is no wonder that friends who have come to the Shutang Courtyard Yaji say that the days here are as beautiful as gods, perhaps they feel only the leisurely seclusion here, but the cultural context of the Shutang Mountain and the day and night with a generation of Kaisheng may be the future of the Shutang Courtyard.
