We watch TV, newspapers, magazines, and often see reporters asking celebrities, "What do you do at your leisure?" ”

The answer is sometimes: "I swim and play tennis." ”

Sometimes it's: "I stay at home with my parents and wife." ”

They all look confident, and of course some are fragmented: "I... Look at the book! Check out the TV! ...... Take a walk in the countryside! ...... Sometimes go on a trip and look around! ”

When I saw such an interview, I always felt that it was not "leisure" but "too busy", because for me, leisure is to do nothing, in order to be considered leisure, even if I think about it in my head, it is also a burden.

I usually like to walk, at that time it was almost just a walk, I didn't think about anything, so I walked down, shed a few drops of sweat, and my heart was like empty.

I have a friend who also loves to walk, and he walks to conceive novels. So it could take three or four hours to get down and see nothing along the way. Once, I also hit a telephone pole, and when I came home, I was sweating profusely and frowning, because the knot in the novel was not untied by walking, and people were anxious.

Such a walk is not "leisure", it is a "rest", more tiring than when working.

Someone swims to abdominal pain for three days and cannot bend over, this is not leisure;

Some people go shopping until their legs are red and swollen, which is not casual;

Some people watch TV and see tears on their faces, which is not leisure;

Someone joins a tour group, travels to ten countries in fourteen days, which is especially not leisure, it is desperate!

Because rest is not necessarily idle, and idle time may not necessarily be rested.

Once a reporter came to visit, and before leaving, he returned to the horse and asked me: "What do you do at leisure?" ”

"Do nothing." I said, and suddenly the two of them froze there. I had to add, "I don't care what to do." ”

In fact, leisure is mainly to relax the mood, not in time and form, as long as there is a little leisure, and then busy can reduce anxiety, when there is nothing to do not be overwhelmed.

"No heart" is "no heart", not worrying about a thought, not being kept by an anxious, thinking and turning, body and mind at ease, this is idleness. People with leisure are used for leisure, but what is the benefit of leisure without leisure?

For those who fidget without work for a day, leisure is a torture! And when people who play mahjong all night get off the table, they are better than going to work!

In the realm of idleness, Chinese Zen Buddhism speaks most thoroughly, such as "a hundred flowers in the bush, the leaves do not stick to the body", "the wind comes to thin the bamboo, the wind passes and the bamboo does not leave a sound", "the bamboo is dense and the water is not hindered, the mountain is high and does not hinder the clouds", "no rain and flowers still fall, no wind and fly by yourself", "The water moon is in hand, and the flowers are full of clothes"... These realms are idleness.

We always think that the elderly have leisure, but in fact, it is not, people with leisure are not easy to grow old;

We always think that there is idleness when we are on vacation, but it is not, and if there is no idleness, his soul will never take a vacation;

We always think that the rich have leisure, and even less, people with more money have less leisure.

Fame and fortune are the feud of idleness, dashing is the friend of idleness, and no obstacle is the eternal partner of idleness!
