Apple released iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 beta 2

Apple has released the second public beta of iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 to members of its public software testing program.

The second public beta should be essentially the same as the second developer beta apple sowed on Wednesday. Builds are available from the Apple Beta Software Program portal.

No new features appear in iOS 15.3 or iPadOS 15.3. Some users have found that iCloud Private Relay has a new language when turned on or off for cellular connections.

AppleInsider and Apple itself strongly advise users not to install beta versions on "mission critical" or major devices because of the remote possibility of data loss or other issues. Instead, testers should install the beta version on a secondary or non-essential device and ensure that important data is adequately backed up before updating.
