In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the weapon in the hands of Lü Bu, the recognized number one master of the novel, is the Fang Tian Painting Blade.
In Water Margin, there are more characters who use this weapon. Fifth place: Qiong Ying. Qiong Yingben was a general of the Tian Hu Department. Fourth place: Fang Jie. Fang Jie is Fang La's nephew and is the most powerful martial artist in Fang La's martial arts group.
