Let's understand the story of Ma Jing, a typical model around us.
Ma Jing, male, born in April 1989, Hui ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree, and is currently the deputy director of the Executive Bureau of the People's Court of Duolun County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. After graduating in 2014, Comrade Ma Jing entered the people's court system and was transferred to the Duolun County People's Court in 2016 as an assistant judge of the First Civil Division. He joined the Executive Board in September 2019, became a one-post judge in December 2019, and was appointed Deputy Director of the Executive Board in March 2021. In the past 8 years since he joined the company, he has faithfully practiced the solemn mission entrusted by the Constitution and the law, and adhered to his dedication to legal work; with sincere love, profoundly interpreted the original intention of the judiciary for the people; integrated selfless dedication and a strong sense of responsibility into his daily work; and he took a series of shining footprints with solid and powerful steps.
From 2016 to 2019, it assisted judges in handling 262 civil trial cases, with a mediation rate of 46.59%. From 2020 to 2021, Comrade Ma Jing handled a total of 598 enforcement cases (including 239 cases accepted in 2020 and 359 cases accepted in 2021), with an enforcement completion rate of 100% for two consecutive years; in the 2021 "Montmartnteng" special action, 47 cases were accepted, 47 cases were closed, the enforcement rate was 100%, and the average number of days of case closure was 27.36 days. Comrade Ma Jing, as a pioneer, adopted flexible and diverse methods of enforcement, gave full play to subjective initiative, fought with the person subject to enforcement with wit and courage, and successfully concluded one "bone case" after another, and a sum of execution money was sent to the hands of the applicant, holding a pennant, which is the affirmation and recognition of the work of the comrade by the organization and the masses of the people, and even more a profound interpretation of his seeking truth and pragmatism and fair law enforcement.
