Luo Yin's poem is very interesting, the whole poem first affirms the merits of Xi Shi, and then satirizes the people of Wudi, and it is this kind of description that makes this poem unique, full of poetry and irony. Xi Shi is innocent, she is in the midst of it, she is not involuntary, just obey the arrangements of others, of course, for her own country, she must be willing, just this is worthy of people's respect.
The red face and the water are too much, so Luo Yin wrote very interestingly in this poem, and the opening two sentences are directly expressing his own views, "The rise and fall of the family country has sometimes come and gone, and the Wu people have complained bitterly about Xi Shi." The rise and fall of a country is actually its own destiny, not a woman can influence, why should the people of Wu state blame Xi Shi? Obviously, it is his own king who covets beauty and eventually causes the destruction of the Wu kingdom, which does not blame Xi Shi, but the trend of the times, and no one can change it.
The last two sentences are written more interestingly, and at the same time the irony is more profound, "If Xi Shi dissolves the Wu Kingdom, who is the fall of the Yue Kingdom." If Xi Shi knew how to overthrow the State of Wu, why did the State of Yue also perish later? In particular, the latter sentence is even more interesting to write, and in turn asks the people of the Country of Vietnam, such a way of writing, which also makes this poem full of irony, and also affirms the merits of Xi Shi.
