Tongcheng Electronics invested in the construction of an annual output of 11,000 tons of semiconductors, photoresists for flat panel displays and 20,000 tons of related supporting reagents in Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone, and plans to invest in the construction of ArF high-end photoresist R&D platform construction project.
