In addition, at the legal conference, President Wei Zhejia also said that the progress of TSMC's 3nm process is in line with expectations and will be mass-produced in the second half of this year. At the same time, he also pointed out that the 3nm process will be mainly used in the field of high-efficiency computing and smart phones, and it is expected that 3nm will be another large-scale generation process after 5nm.
