News on January 13, in the Africa Cup of Nations match between Tunisia and Mali, the referee on duty, Janny Sikazwe, once blew off the match in the 85th minute, and the French media said that the referee suffered from heat stroke.

After Sikazwe blew a halt to the match in the 85th minute, Tunisia protested and the African Football Federation decided to restart the game and play another 5 minutes, but Tunisia refused to enter, some of their players had already bathed, and in the end they lost 0-1 to Mali.

French media RMC reported that Sikazwe suffered from heat stroke during the race and was taken to the hospital for examination after the game.

Sikazwe, 42, from Zambia, became a national referee in 2007. The Daily Mail said Sikazwe was suspended on corruption charges after enforcing an African Champions League game in 2018.
