At 10:00 a.m. on January 12, as the slowly conveyed concrete was poured into the dense steel mesh of the large floor of the main building of the Zhongshen Fortune Center, the raft pouring project marking the future 158.5m of Tianshui was officially launched, and it was striding towards success.
According to the project side of China Construction Third Bureau, the current pouring of the bottom plate is the largest and thickest pouring volume and thickness in Tianshui City, and 11550.5 cubic meters of concrete will be poured continuously at one time, and it is expected to be poured on the 15th. In the early stage, the reinforcement lashing process was carried out in strict accordance with the specifications and the requirements of the design drawings, and a total of 643.4 tons of steel reinforcement was used.
Due to the large temperature difference between the inside and outside, the pouring work has extremely high requirements for the crack prevention and internal and external temperature difference control of the concrete. The construction unit will monitor the internal and external temperature difference in strict accordance with the specifications, select low hydration heat concrete materials, overcome all difficulties, and ensure the smooth completion of the project.
The pouring of the raft board of the 1# floor is a major engineering node, which blows the clarion call for the continuous drying of the project and presses the "fast forward button" for the completion of the project with quality and quantity. At present, the construction of the remaining buildings of the Zhongshen Fortune Center is also in full swing.
