Former Shaolin monk Shi Yongxu: Claiming to be the head of the martial monks, he once led people to rob mines, and was a monk when he was arrested

author:Eight o'clock history

The name Shi Yongxu is almost unknown to everyone in Dakou Town, Yanshi City, Henan Province.

He was the abbot of the Shaolin Temple, Shi Yongxin, the 33rd generation disciple of the Shaolin Temple, the abbot of Hongjiang Temple on Niuxin Mountain, the president of the Yanshi Buddhist Association, and a member of the Yanshi Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

But what really makes him "famous" is not this series of halos, but the criminal history behind it:

In 2003, after he left the temple on his own, he led people to rob minerals, occupied the reservoir to prevent the villagers from pouring land, and even held a knife to obstruct the village election, and even claimed to be the head of the martial monks. For this reason, some villagers called him a "robber".

On May 12, 2019, Shi Yongxu was arrested by the police. At this time, he was still a monk...

What's going on here? Why did Shi Yongxu embark on a road of no return?

Enter the Buddhist Gate at a young age and earn the first pot of gold

Shi Yongxu, whose original name was Wang Yunsheng, was a native of Dengzhou, Nanyang City, Henan Province, and was the fourth in his family, with three older brothers.

Although his qualifications are blunt, Shi Yongxu loved to read martial arts novels since he was a child, and thus developed a yearning for the Shaolin Temple.

In his opinion, the Shaolin Temple is full of a sense of justice and Buddhist compassion, so he hopes that he can enter the Shaolin Temple, practice a good kung fu, and become a martial monk.

But because the family is not rich, wishes can only be wishes.

Later, as he grew older, Shi Yongxu's idea of going to the Shaolin Temple became stronger and stronger, and after receiving the approval and support of his family, he took some dry food and set off alone from Dengzhou towards the Dengfeng Shaolin Temple.

Because he had no money to buy a ticket, he had to beg all the way from Dengzhou to the Shaolin Temple, where he often starved and froze, and suffered a lot of white eyes, but he never wanted to turn back, one of which wanted to go to the Shaolin Temple of his dreams.

After going through all the hardships to come to the Shaolin Temple, he met the abbot at that time.

"Abbot, I want to worship you as a teacher!"

As he spoke, Shi Yongxu, who was still only a teenager, fell to his knees with a thud.

The abbot asked him to get up, and saw that although the teenager in front of him was a meter and a half tall, his body was tattered and his hands were covered with tiny scratches, and only a pair of eyes were shining brightly, full of expectation and hope.

The abbot nodded and agreed to accept him as an apprentice, a disciple of the Yongzi generation, and changed his name to Shi Yongxu.

At the same time, Shi Yongxu, who was only 16 years old at the time, also became the disciple of Shi Yongxin, the current abbot of the Shaolin Temple.

Shi Yongxu

After officially becoming a disciple of the Shaolin Temple, Shi Yongxu was assigned to the Dharma Logistics Department in the Shaolin Temple, responsible for selling souvenirs for tourists and some Buddhist supplies.

Soon, Shi Yongxin, who was bent on learning martial arts, worshiped his brother Shi Yongting as a master in martial arts, prostrated himself, and practiced martial arts with him.

Later, Shi Yongting recalled: "According to the generations in the temple, he should call me master brother, but he insisted on calling me a master, no matter how he corrected him, he would not change, so I simply followed him." ”

As a result, the relationship between the two of them at that time was both a close brother and a master and apprentice who lived together day and night.

By 1988, Shi Yongxu, who had been in the Shaolin Temple for 3 years, had already mixed with the French logistics and made some small money. After that, he simply contracted the entire French logistics office himself, and fixed the contract fee to the temple.

Because the business was booming, Shi Yongxu also called out to his two brothers, Wang Yunlong and Wang Yunlei, and asked them to help their business.

In order to make more money, in addition to selling Buddhist objects, Shi Yongxu also sold the calligraphy, paintings, jade and other items that his brother brought to the Shaolin Temple from Nanyang.

When sales were high, he could earn tens of thousands of yuan a day, which was a lot of money in the 90s.

After earning the "first bucket of gold" in his life, Shi Yongxu's "ambition" is also getting bigger and bigger...

Leave Shaolin and head to Yanshi

Later, because of his high rank and the contribution of a lot of funds to the temple by the General Office of The Law and Logistics, shi Yongxu naturally held a certain position in the management committee of the Shaolin Temple.

At this time, Shi Yongxu got along well with his brothers in the temple.

However, in 1996, Shi Yongxu had a dispute with the temple because of the Dhamma logistics office.

That year, the Shaolin Temple wanted to take back the Dharma Logistics Office, which Shi Yongxu objected to, which led to a conflict between him and the temple.

And about this matter, there are actually two ways to say:

The first is what Shi Yongxu's eldest brother said. Shi Yongxu's eldest brother said that at that time, the temple viewed that the business of logistics was booming, and he wanted to take it back to his own business. However, Shi Yongxu directly disagreed, and contradictions arose as soon as they came and went.

The second is what the old staff of the temple said. The staff who had been in the temple for a long time said that at that time, Shi Yongxu had occupied the Manjushri Hall and the Dharma Logistics Passage in the temple for a long time, and the temple wanted to take it back, but Shi Yongxu refused to live or die. Even Shi Yongxu proposed that if he wanted to take back the house, he should give him at least three million.

In this regard, the temple is naturally unwilling, the territory of its own temple, why do you have to pay money to get it back?

Shi Yongxu knew that he was in a loss, and when he saw that the temple did not take three million, he opened his mouth to reduce the price to 1 million.

The temple still can't accept it, or it can't accept it.

In the midst of this contradiction, the Shaolin Temple directly removed Shi Yongxu from his post and no longer let him hold any job, and the French Logistics Office was closed and abandoned to this day.

The Shaolin Temple's Fa Logistics Office, which Shi Yongxu had previously contracted, has now become a dangerous house

In 2003, looking at the depressed Shi Yongxu, Shi Yongting inevitably felt a little unbearable in his heart. Although the two had never worshipped a master and were of the same generation, Shi Yongting believed that since he had already answered the "master" several times, he had to take care of Shi Yongxu.

Therefore, Shi Yongting introduced Shi Yongxu to Yanshi.

Yanshi was no stranger to Shi Yongxu, as early as a few years ago, he had followed Shi Yongting to Niuxin Mountain in Yanshi Dakou Town and made many inspections.

There is a temple on Niuxin Mountain called Hongjiang Temple, which is located between the Shaolin Temple and the Longmen Grottoes, just over twenty kilometers away from both the Shaolin Temple and the Longmen Grottoes.

At that time, Hongjiang Temple was already in ruins, and there were very few pilgrims, not even a formal way up the mountain, only some small mountain roads.

But in Shi Yongting's view, Shi Yongxu could go to Hongjiang Temple to start over.

Shi Yongting's kindness Shi Yongxu naturally knew, so he went to Hongjiang Temple alone.

At this time, Hongjiang Temple had changed from its previous ruins and become a new temple.

This can't help but make people sigh that in a few years, what has happened to Hongjiang Temple has changed so much.

In fact, in 2000, Shi Yongxu had already signed an agreement with the Dakou Town Government to contract the entire Niuxin Mountain for a lease period of up to 70 years. At the same time as renting it, Shi Yongxu also paid a large amount of money to renovate the Hongjiang Temple as a place for him to stay after falling out with the Shaolin Temple.

It can be said that shi Yongting's suggestion to "let him go to Hongjiang Temple" later just talked about his heart and gave him an excuse to leave the Shaolin Temple in a bright and upright manner. It just so happened that everything was ready at that time, so he left the Shaolin Temple without any nostalgia.

After arriving at Niuxin Mountain, Shi Yongxu built a three-story private house in the water adjacent to the village of Zhang, and took his old mother to live here.

Villa yard

After Niu Xin Shan settled down, Shi Yongxu began his sinful life...

The forcible occupation of reservoirs affects the irrigation of local villagers' land

In 2004, Wang Tianyun, a villager in Shanzhang Village, was tasked with supervising the poplar bay reservoir in the village, mainly to report the flood situation to the village.

Because the task was relatively simple, the village did not pay him, but allowed Wang Tianyun to raise fish in the reservoir, and all the harvest was Wang Tianyun's.

So Wang Tianyun bought five thousand catties of fish fry and put them into this thirty-acre reservoir.

After two years of breeding, seeing that the fish could be sold, Shi Yongxu, who had never appeared before, suddenly found Wang Tianyun and said to him: "The water in this reservoir is flowing down from my mountain, so this reservoir is mine, and the fish here are also mine, and you can't sell these fish." ”

Hearing this, Wang Tianyun immediately retorted, "What you say is yours?" Let's not say who owns the reservoir, but here I put five thousand pounds of fish fry, and it was allowed by the village. ”

Wang Tianyun's rebuttal made Shi Yongxu angry, and he actually took the posture of teaching the monks in the temple, taught Wang Tianyun a lesson, and bluntly asked him to kneel down and apologize.

Wang Tianyun is naturally unwilling, he has always been kneeling on his knees to his parents, where is the reason for kneeling outsiders?

Shi Yongxu saw that he was not kneeling and kicked directly at Wang Tianyun's knee. After a sharp pain, Wang Tianyun was kicked to his knees.

Immediately after, Shi Yongxu twisted Wang Tianyun's arm and stepped on his back. In the other hand, he held Wang Tianyun's chopping knife and asked, "Is this fish mine?" ”

Wang Tianyun looked at the knife in Shi Yongxu's hand and said nervously, "It's yours, it's all yours..."

In this way, under the coercion and coercion of Shi Yongxu, Wang Tianyun could only watch as the fish he had worked so hard to raise was taken by Shi Yongxu.

After the news spread, the local villagers learned that Niuxin Mountain had been contracted out, and the contractor was not their locals.

This made many villagers unhappy.

You must know that since this Niuxin Mountain is on the boundary of Shanzhang Village, it is the mountain of Shanzhang Village. The mountain in his own village was contracted out, but he didn't get any news, and even the village committee didn't know.

Therefore, the villagers generally believe that this Niuxin Mountain was forcibly occupied by Shi Yongxu.

Before the villagers could find Out Yongxu's theory, the nightmare of Yamagata Village began...

Below the reservoir, there are more than 500 acres of fields in Shanzhang Village, which originally relied on the water flowing from the reservoir for irrigation. But since Shi Yongxu occupied the reservoir, he has blocked the outlet, so that the fields downstream cannot be irrigated, and the local villagers can only rely on the sky to eat, and the rain is sufficient to harvest well, and the drought is almost harvested.

Because they could not bear to watch their harvests shrink, a villager once quietly went to the reservoir to fetch water for watering crops.

As a result, after Shi Yongxu found out, he was directly angry and looked for someone to beat the villagers fiercely. He also frantically said that the water in this reservoir was all his, and no one could touch it.

Since then, no one has dared to approach the reservoir.

He seized the mines, obstructed the elections, and was eventually arrested

In 2005, Shi Yongxu took a fancy to the limestone mine in Zhai Wan Village and wanted to take it for himself.

But as early as 2001, Zhai Wan Village had already authorized the mine to Xu Bin in Dakou Town for 50 years.

In order to obtain the mine, Shi Yongxu forced the village committee of Zhai Wan Village to sue Xu Bin on the grounds of "failing to pay the management fee on time", in an attempt to terminate the contractual relationship between the two parties.

But in the end, the court dismissed the claim.

Shi Yongxu saw that this road was not working, so he arranged for thugs to find the contractor of the mining mine and told them to stop mining, because this was already Shi Yongxu's.

After hearing this, the contractor had some doubts in his heart, hurried to inquire about Xu Bin, and after learning that the mine had not changed owners, he continued to mine with confidence, ignoring Shi Yongxu's unreasonable "warning".

When Shi Yongxu learned of this, he was furious and felt that he had lost face, so he found someone with an iron rod and a shovel to smash the mining equipment of the mine until it was all smashed, which was simply rampant and unreasonable.

Shi Yongxu's evil deeds were far more than that.

In 2005, Shi Yongxu served as the director of Jiaocun Village in Dakou Town. By the time of the 2008 election of the chairman of the village committee, the staff in charge of the matter in the village had also set up 5 election points and prepared 5 election ballot boxes.

The purpose was to prevent Shi Yongxu from wreaking havoc.

In the end, however, the plan failed. Of the five polling points in the village, three were destroyed by Shi Yongxu, the ballot box was shattered, and the tables and chairs were damaged. In the end, the election could not be held.

On May 12, 2019, Shi Yongxu was arrested and arrested, and was still a monk at the time of his arrest.

On July 30, the Yanshi Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a notice on its official microblog saying it would hold a whistleblowing conference on the morning of August 1.

On July 31, the Buddhist Association of Yanshi City issued a statement dismissing Shi Yongxu from his posts as abbot of Hongjiang Temple and chairman of the Buddhist Association. At the same time, the Shaolin Temple also issued a statement, saying that Shi Yongxu had no relationship with the Shaolin Temple as early as 2003 after he left the Shaolin Temple without reason.

However, on August 1, for various reasons, Shi Yongxu's whistleblowing conference could not be carried out as scheduled. In order to protect the interests of whistleblowers, the Public Security Bureau accepts anonymous and private whistle-blowing.

So far, Shi Yongxu's case has not been closed, and he is still detained in the detention center. But I believe that no matter how long the case will be investigated, Shi Yongxu is already a clear criminal and evil force. Now that we are waiting for the final judgment, I believe that we will be able to give justice to the victims.
