World of Warcraft's chief mission designer has left Blizzard

Blizzard Entertainment now faces a number of problems, including the loss of personnel. Over the past few years, a number of core members have chosen to leave the team. Recently, Johnny Cash, the chief mission designer of "World of Warcraft", also announced his departure. Prior to that, he worked for Blizzard for 12 years.

Cash joined Blizzard in June 2010 and worked on several versions of World of Warcraft. He dominates the pet battle system, the Order Hall of Certain Classes in Legion Re-arrival, and the Artifact System. In January 2021, Cash was promoted to Chief Mission Designer for World of Warcraft until this departure.

Johnny Cash said in his update that he worked with many talented colleagues who he would still miss after he left. Cash's intentions will be announced at a later date.
