Suit Chase and other ways to obtain it refer to the Creation Catalyst mentioned in [Blue Post] 9.2 The End of Eternity and the following interviews:

Class sets will be available through team quests and a magnificent treasure trove. (The Class Set will be available through Tuanben and will drop like normal armor, but we do want to make sure that non-Tuanben players can also get it.) If you prefer PVP or Mythic+, you can get them from the Magnificent Treasury, but not from Keystone Dungeon Chests or Conquest Vendors. )

After the release of Patch 9.2, you will unlock the Genesis Furnace and get a new currency. This currency, along with items from PVP or dungeons, can be converted into a class suit. (However, we've also made some significant changes.) Some time after the release of End of Eternity, you will unlock the Forge of Creation system and receive a new currency. This currency can be converted into a class set along with items from PVP or dungeons. )

The Genesis Furnace should act like an anti-face blackmail mechanic, or as a catch-up method for players or novices who want to play trumpets.
