01 The illegitimate son of Jiang Weiguo, the second son of the Jiang family, is suspicious
Jiang Weiguo was born on October 6, 1916, 6 years younger than Chiang Ching-kuo. He successively served as the chief of the Kuomintang armored corps, the head of the tank regiment, the chief of staff, deputy commander and commander of the armored corps command, and the vice president of the Army Command and Staff University.
Chiang Ching-kuo's birth mother was Mao Fumei, the wife of Chiang Kai-shek, which is something known to all sectors of society, but there are different legends in society about who the birth mother of Jiang Weiguo, the second son of the Chiang family, is. Some people say that Jiang Weiguo is not Chiang Kai-shek's biological son, and some people say that Jiang Weiguo's biological father is Dai Jitao.
In terms of looks, Jiang Weiguo is relatively handsome and tall, while Jiang Chingguo is five short and relatively short.
In his early years, Jiang Weiguo denied that he was Chiang Kai-shek's adopted son, and in his later years, he said in his autobiography "A Thousand Mountains Alone - Jiang Weiguo's Life Journey": "His biological father was Dai Jitao, and his birth mother was the Japanese nurse Shigematsu Kaneko (Tsubuchi Michiko was actually the mother of his eldest brother Dai Anguo, and The name of Shigematsu Kaneko comes from Chiang Kai-shek's diary, which is very credible). But there is also a claim from Dai Jitao that he was Chiang Kai-shek's biological son.
So, which is the truth?
One thing is certain, Jiang Weiguo's birth mother was a Japanese woman.
In 1905, Dai Jitao went to Japan to study and entered the Zhenwu School. In the spring of 1908, Chiang Kai-shek went to Japan and became an alumnus with Dai Jitao, and became the brother of Jieyi Jinlan. In the Black Dragon Society, a semi-official organization in Japan, the two meet Michiko Tsubuchichi (also said to be a Japanese nurse, Shigematsu Kaneko), who was only 18 years old at the time.
Dai Jitao grew up to be a gentleman and soon lived with Michiko Tsubuchi. Later, Michiko Tsubuchi became pregnant and gave birth to a boy on October 6, 1916, the later Jiang Weiguo. Later, Tsubuchi took her son to China to find Dai Jitao. But Dai Jitao was a "strict wife, notoriously afraid of his wife, so he did not dare to claim it."
Jiang Weiguo really resembled Dai Jitao
As Dai Jitao's eldest brother- in-law, Chiang Kai-shek, out of brotherly righteousness and hometown friendship, adopted Jiang Weiguo and became the second son of the Jiang family, and handed him over to his wife Yao Yecheng to raise him. Yao Yecheng was Chiang Kai-shek's concubine, and Jiang Weiguo was raised by her since childhood; after Chiang Kai-shek brought Yao Yecheng to Taiwan, he has been placed in Taichung, and the original Jiang Weiguo all regarded Yao Yecheng as his birth mother, and it is known that Yao Yecheng later told Jiang Weiguo the truth. This made Dai Jitao owe Chiang Kai-shek a great deal of affection, so Dai Jitao never betrayed Chiang.
There is also a legend that the boy born to Tsubuchi Michiko is Dai Anguo, who later passed on to Dai Jitao. According to Jiang Weiguo, Dai Anguo was born to Dai Jitao and a Chinese woman and raised by his wife. This is a family affair that the Dai family and the Jiang family are not clear about.
The "Diary of Chiang Kai-shek" can confirm that Jiang Weiguo is indeed the son of Dai Jitao. In 1930, at the age of 20, Chiang Ching-kuo studied in the Soviet Union, and the Soviet Union compromised. Chiang Ching-kuo was used to threaten Chiang Kai-shek, who "betrayed the revolution." Jiang Gong wrote painfully in his diary: "I can take care of the small family for the country, but I am unable to face the compassion of my mother for my grandson." I would rather sacrifice everything, even to the point of extinction, than compromise. This means that if Chiang Ching-kuo's guests die elsewhere, then the Chiang family will be extinct, which means that Jingguo is the only son of Jiang Gong, and Weiguo is not.
Dai Jitao, the righteous brother of Chiang Kai-shek, once admitted in a letter to his Japanese friend Umeya Shoyoshi that Chiang Weiguo was not the son of Chiang Kai-shek. Wang Shichun (jiang weiguo biographer) said: "One day, after Jiang Weiguo met with Song Meiling, Mrs. Jiang said: You can read in my study. He turned to a book one day, written by an American writer. What was written was that it was the Jiang family's affair. One of the points mentioned is that Chiang Kai-shek's second son, Lieutenant Chiang Wai-kuo, was not actually Chiang Kai-shek's own son. Moreover, Jiang Weiguo's appearance did not have the appearance of Jiang Gong at all, but was very similar to Dai Jitao and his son Dai Anguo. And the two have a good relationship. When talking about relations with Dai Anguo, Jiang Weiguo said: "I have the same affection as An Guo, and blood is thicker than water." Jiang Weiguo, who is frank by nature, said these words, which seems to confirm the legends about the mystery of his life in the political arena for decades.
02 Jiang Weiguo admitted: My father is Dai Jitao
Looking at Jiang Weiguo's future performance on the island, compared with the clumsy children, it is actually similar, so he does not have much political achievement.
Jiang Ergongzi successively served as the chief of the Kuomintang armored corps, the head of the tank regiment, the chief of staff, deputy commander, and commander of the armored corps headquarters, and the vice president of the Army Command and Staff University, but he still did not enter the center of power. In terms of political skill and ability, the gap between his eldest brother and the country is still relatively large. After the death of the grand duke, he did not do anything, but instead cheapened a certain political man who was concerned about Japan.
In 1957, after the middle-aged widow, Jiang Weiguo married the beautiful woman Qiu Ellen, and also let his "brother" Dai Anguo go to Japan to attend the wedding together, and the main marriage was Michiko Tsubuchi. In 1967, when Jiang Weiguo was invited to visit Japan, he remembered that his birth mother was old, so he took her back to Taiwan and settled in Fengyuan City. Michiko died in 1977.
Every year, a commemorative ceremony is held on the day of Dai Chuanxian's death, and Jiang Weiguo personally attends every time until his death in 1997. In 1984, Jiang Weiguo was demoted and told a Hong Kong reporter in a low mood: "I do not have the blood of the "first family". The frank Jiang Weiguo was able to say such a thing, which seems to confirm the legends about the mystery of his life in the political arena for decades.
In addition, he also publicly responded: Chiang Kai-shek is the father, Dai Jitao is the righteous father and his "uncle", as far as he is concerned, "I am willing to be any son." This means that all the rumors about this secret story are also self-defeating.
In 1986, in order to commemorate his biological parents, Jiang Weiguo made a special trip to Taichung and entrusted someone to make a bronze statue of Dai Chuanxian. On September 23, 1997, Jiang Weiguo died of complications of diabetes at Taipei Veterans General Hospital. Jiang Weiguo, who had a bizarre life, ended his life. He was buried in the Shioji Gochi-san - Demonstration Cemetery on the island.
