According to the statistics of the national online ride-hailing supervision information exchange platform, as of December 31, 2021, a total of 258 online ride-hailing platform companies across the country have obtained business licenses for online ride-hailing platforms, an increase of 3% month-on-month; a total of 3.948 million online ride-hailing driver certificates and 1.558 million vehicle transportation certificates have been issued in various places, an increase of 2.2% and 3.9% respectively. The national online ride-hailing regulatory information interaction platform received a total of 681.230 million orders in December, up 9.3% month-on-month.

According to the Ministry of Transport, there are 17 online ride-hailing platforms with orders of more than 300,000 orders in December 2021. Compared with November, the order volume of companion oranges dropped from more than 300,000 orders in November to less than 300,000 orders, and the order volume of one new online ride-hailing platform exceeded 300,000 orders. Among the online ride-hailing platforms with orders of more than 300,000 orders, the highest order compliance rate is Xiangdao Travel, and the lowest is Hua Pig Travel.

According to the order compliance rate (referring to the proportion of orders that both drivers and vehicles have obtained licenses), from high to low, they are Xiangdao Travel, Ruqi Travel, T3 Travel, Yihua Travel, Landao Travel, Sunshine Travel, Proper E Travel, Zhaozhao Travel, Timely Use of Cars, Shenzhou Chauffeur, Cao Cao Travel, Shouqi Ride-hailing, BangbangXing, Meituan Taxi, Wanshun Taxi, Didi Chuxing, and Hua Xiao Pig Travel. In December 2021, the top 3 order compliance rate increases were T3 Travel, Yihua Travel, and Bangbang Travel, and the last 3 places of growth were Zhaozhao Travel (-3.3%), Timely Car (-6.2%), and Shenzhou Chauffeur (-6.5%).

At the same time, among the major central cities, the highest order compliance rate is Guangzhou, and the lowest is Shijiazhuang. Among the major central cities, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hefei, Nanchang, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Nanjing, Nanning, Changchun, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Qingdao, Xining, Taiyuan, Ningbo, Hohhot, Fuzhou, Jinan, Wuhan, Tianjin, Xi'an, Haikou, Changsha, Harbin, Chengdu, Shenyang, Shanghai, Dalian, Yinchuan, Kunming, Beijing, Shijiazhuang are ranked from high to low in terms of order compliance rates.

Among them, the order compliance rate of 9 cities, including Guangzhou, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hefei, Nanchang, Chongqing, Zhengzhou and Nanjing, is above 80%. In December 2021, the top three order compliance rate growth rates were Ningbo, Haikou and Jinan, and the last three increases were Xi'an (-2.3%), Dalian (-2.4%) and Shijiazhuang (-3.3%).

In addition, according to the Ministry of Transport, in December 2021, 62 online ride-hailing platform companies have not transmitted data for more than 180 days. Among the 61 online ride-hailing platform companies that have not transmitted data for 180 days in November 2021, 3 online ride-hailing platform companies, such as 96568, Ride-by Horse, and Qi ce Travel, have begun to transmit data in December. Four new online ride-hailing platform companies that have not transmitted data for 180 days have been added, including E-Car Electric Donkey, Maiba Travel, Yong'an Travel, and Yunnan Travel.
