The capacity increase and production line layout of automotive electronic products (power amplifier, AVAS) are already in progress, and the company plans to reach the production scale of three SMT lines and two assembly lines in 2022.

In the AVAS unit price and vehicle installation, Shangsheng Electronics said that the unit price of AVAS is about 40-80 yuan, because the policy stipulates that pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles must be installed with a vehicle sound alarm system (AVAS), which is generally 1 per vehicle in China and 2-3 in foreign countries.

In terms of the production situation of overseas manufacturing plants, Shangsheng Electronics said that with the gradual improvement of business volume, overseas Czech and Mexican factories need to upgrade the original manufacturing equipment to improve automated production capacity, as well as add new speaker bass assembly line, subwoofer horn and subwoofer box assembly line, AVAS assembly line to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and improve profitability.

For the future of the new forces to build cars for the acoustic system configuration trend, Shangsheng Electronics revealed that the current new forces to build bicycles worth 1000-2000 yuan, equipped with 8-20 speakers, on-board amplifiers and AVAS.
