Among them, the droplet-shaped folding secondary screen, with an inward folding radius of R3, adopts the industry's leading inward-folding drop-shaped hinge, which forms a teardrop-shaped space for the screen in the folded state, and the chassis can be completely closed, and is also equipped with a slip compensation module to realize the dynamic compensation of the shell length to the bending process, so that the arc length of the screen bending area is consistent, so as to effectively improve the bending life of the screen. The application of the drop-shaped folding secondary screen in the intelligent cockpit will make the storage of the secondary screen a reality, and the main and co-driver will not interfere with each other, greatly improving the user's driving experience.

BOE's vehicle-mounted flexible double sliding roll splicing display prototype is equipped with the industry's leading flexible f-OLED technology, using an integrated cover sliding roll module design and flexible large-size splicing module technology, with a physical stitching ≤ of 0.3mm and a sliding radius of R5, and a series of innovative breakthroughs such as the balance of sliding tensile stress and compressive stress, the development of long-distance high-thrust motors, and the design and development of small-radius &long-stroke sliding flexible modules, creating a stunning visual effect and human-vehicle interaction experience.
