However, the national strength of the Tang Dynasty during the Tang Dynasty was not something that a small Tubo could resist. The war went on quickly, and the vanguard of the Tang Dynasty, led by Niu Jinda, quickly defeated the Tubo army. Songtsen Gampo was very frightened, and quickly retreated before the Tang army was assembled, so he asked the Tang Dynasty for marriage again.
Songtsen Gampo sent emissaries to the Tang Dynasty with very generous gifts. This time, Emperor Taizong of Tang made a woman in the clan a princess, which was later."
