Youtube master Akaki Kuumeri shares an adapter for a PS5 controller that allows players to play the game with one-handed. Users can access all the features simply by using the right side of the controller, which allows those who are restricted to play one-handed games and those with only one hand to play more PS5 games. As Kuumeri demonstrates in the video, the adapter works by allowing you to control the simulated joystick on the surface of various objects, such as your thighs. Kuumeri explains that it is designed to allow you to operate with one hand and prevent fatigue.
Although not used in most games like the analog stick, a second adapter can be used to use the arrow keys. This will make DualSense quite bulky, but it will be possible to use both titles at the same time, giving the player full access to all of the controller's keys.
Perhaps the best thing about this design is that it was made with a 3D printer, and Kuumeri has made the printed design public to anyone who wants to make it themselves. The design was so popular that users of reddit's Disabled Gamers section printed it out and said it was functional.
