After inspection, the middle finger of the boy's left hand was stuck in the handle of the skipping rope and could not be pulled out, and the fingers were already slightly swollen. In order to avoid the danger of fingers being squeezed for too long, fire and rescue personnel immediately launched rescue. In order to prevent the fingers from being injured twice, the fire rescue personnel first protected the fingers, one fire rescue personnel used a saw to cut off the extra part of the skipping rope handle, and another fire rescue personnel used oblique nose pliers, nail clippers and other tools to carefully cut the small hole near the boy's index finger while calming the boy's emotions, and then used pliers to carefully open the skipping rope handle. While paying attention to the boy's condition, the fire rescue personnel patiently and slowly tried to rotate the jump rope handle.
After 14 minutes of rescue, the boy's fingers were successfully freed. After examination, the boy's fingers were fine, and the entire rescue operation was successfully completed.
