At the same time, the listening assistant will also continue to support office and content production scenarios such as video conferencing, text creation to audiobooks, so that the disabled are not only information consumers, but also information producers, content creators, and work collaborators. Sign language lip language multi-modal, multi-dialect and multilingual video communication products based on operators' 5G video call capabilities will also gradually be launched online.

According to reports, the listening assistant supports "answering the phone", which can intelligently identify more than 180 types of incoming calls (takeaway, express delivery, invitation, etc.) and automatically answer, so that the hearing impaired do not answer non-essential calls and reduce social pressure. At the same time, it supports "helping to answer the phone", which can accurately identify the voice of the hearing impaired person as text in real time when the hearing impaired chooses to answer the phone in real time for the hearing impaired to view; when the hearing impaired person types a reply, intelligently recommends common languages, shortens the typing time, and allows the call to proceed smoothly.

In addition, the listening assistant can collect the timbre characteristics of the hearing impaired, generate an "exclusive pronunciation person" with similar timbre and round words, and the natural acoustic interaction can help the hearing impaired to better convey emotions and narrow the communication distance with the hearing person; whether it is answering the phone, attending a meeting, or reading books and articles for the family, you can use your own "original voice" to express. This function is independently developed by iFLYTEK, and for the first time, the industry's leading sound reproduction technology is creatively applied to the field of sound restoration for the hearing impaired.
