After Qin Shi Huang unified the world and gave Tianzi a title of "Emperor", the hierarchical division in this daily life was more clear, the emperor himself had a special "dragon robe", only the emperor could wear it, if others wore it, it was to rebel, it was to kill the nine tribes, so basically no minister dared to wear it, but Chang Yuchun was an exception.
Chang Yuchun was born in 1330, when he was young, his family was poor, but because he had a strong reluctance to fate, he worked extremely hard to learn martial arts, so that he had a strong physique and superb martial arts, and when he became an adult, he was not willing to continue to nest in his home and cultivate land, but chose to follow the green forest thief Liu Ju to rob the family house and live a life of eating meat and drinking in large bowls.
In the beginning, Chang Yuchun was still fresh about this kind of life, but within a few months, he began to get bored, thinking that there was not only no future in continuing to do so, but also the risk of disbanding at any time, so he began to secretly find another way. In the fifteenth year of Zhizheng (1355), Chang Yuchun came into contact with Zhu Yuanzhang's troops by chance, and found that this unit was extremely disciplined, so he threw himself into Zhu Yuanzhang's command.
When he went to run to Zhu Yuanzhang, Zhu Yuanzhang heard that he used to be a robber and acted very dismissively: "You came to me here just to eat a mixed meal, right?" Chang Yuchun replied, "The reason why I came to you is because you have great ambitions and have outstanding wisdom, so I came to your command, obeyed your orders, and willingly died for you." ”
Chang Yuchun said that Zhu Yuanzhang was very happy, and seeing that he was tall, he let him compete with the soldiers in strength and martial arts, no matter which aspect Chang Yuchun easily won, so he was appointed by Zhu Yuanzhang as a pioneer. In the fifteenth year of Zhizheng (1355), Zhu Yuanzhang led a large army to fight a major battle with the Yuan Dynasty water army at Quarry Rock, and Zhu Yuanzhang's army was trapped by tuantuan and was about to lose.
At this time, Chang Yuchun shouted loudly, riding a small boat to brave the enemy's arrow rain to advance, along the way into no man's land, all the opponents encountered were overturned by him, with one person's strength to make the morale of the Yuan army collapse, so Zhu Yuanzhang won a great victory, Chang Yuchun was promoted to marshal, and became a thorough confidant general under Zhu Yuanzhang.
Later, Chang Yuchun helped Zhu Yuanzhang to break through Chen Youyi, Zhang Shicheng, Yuan Dynasty and other powerful opponents, and in the second year of Hongwu (1369), he returned from the original "northern capital" of the Yuan Dynasty to the south, and suddenly fell ill and died on the way, at the age of forty.
Zhu Yuanzhang was extremely sad after hearing the news, and wrote a poem: "There are thousands of lines of pig iron juice, and I will not cry for my children in my life." Ignoring the poem "Chang Gongxue yesterday, tears sprinkled with dry grass and trees" to remember him, he ordered Chang Yuchun's body to be dressed in a dragon robe before entering the ground, and let the court painter paint a portrait of Chang Yuchun dressed in a dragon robe and collect it in the palace, in order to relieve his longing for a while.
