Don't take it seriously, "family affairs" are also "state affairs"

The Family Education Promotion Law provides family education with the guarantee of the rule of law

According to my daughter's school requirements and work needs, I studied with my family the newly promulgated Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education. Although the "Promotion Law" does not have many articles and is not long, the words and lines embody the important concept that comprehensively governing the country according to law should include family education, show the strong determination to respond to the concerns of the masses and implement the fundamental task of educating people with moral integrity, carry forward the fine tradition of the Chinese nation attaching importance to family education, and grasp the fundamental goal of cultivating qualified and comprehensive socialist builders and successors. Let's talk about a few rough experiences.

First, it is necessary to correctly understand the legislative intent of the state. The Qi family is one of the core requirements of Chinese Confucian culture. Throughout the ages, few laws have defined at the legislative level what responsibilities natural persons, social groups, and state institutions should assume in family education. When the party, the state, and the people's congress make such legal arrangements, there must be urgent social needs and far-reaching historical considerations. I crudely believe that once there is legislation, it will change family education from a moral exhortation to a legal constraint, which is of far-reaching social significance for solving the current widespread problems of lack of family education, wrong educational concepts, and weak education guarantees, and promoting the healthy growth and all-round development of minors.

Second, it is necessary to take the lead in abiding by the "Promotion Law" and establish a good family style. As an educator and a national worker, taking the lead in fulfilling the responsibility of family education is also an essential requirement for parenthood. The Promotion Law reconstructs the socialist concept of family and education, stipulates corresponding obligations and responsibilities from the three levels of family, state and society, and emphasizes the important role and subject status of parents in family education. I feel that if all sectors of society, especially parents and friends, can conscientiously study this law and practice this law in an exemplary manner, then our family education will certainly make great progress, and the growth of children and the future of the country will be even better.

Third, the "Promotion Law" has achieved great progress from scratch. It is not difficult to see from the provisions of the law that this is a guiding law. "Where it is discovered that parents or other guardians refuse or neglect to perform their family education responsibilities, they shall be criticized and educated, admonished and stopped, and when necessary, urged to accept family education guidance." The main body of law enforcement and the method of law enforcement are not clear, and the effect of law enforcement is difficult to guarantee and evaluate. But this is enough to allow parents who do not perform family education to go from the neighborhood committee to the court, mobilize more social forces to participate and pay attention to family education, and make family education an indispensable part of the construction of the national system.

Finally, I hope that the Promotion Law will become more and more perfect, and the people's sense of happiness and sense of education will become stronger and stronger.
