Tokyo, January 6 (Xinhuanet) -- At the beginning of the new year, the "Wedding Corner" in the consular office hall of the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka was officially launched on the 4th, fixing the moment of happiness for the newlyweds who entered the marriage hall in the consular district, so that they could feel the warmth of home.
On January 4, the first working day of 2022, the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka welcomed the first couple to register their marriage this year. On the same day, Xue Jian, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Osaka, came to the "Wedding Corner" full of joy and New Year's flavor in the consular certificate hall and personally delivered the New Year's "No. 1" marriage certificate to the newlyweds. Xue Jian said that the Consulate General, an overseas "home", is not only satisfied with quality service, but also has more temperature, hoping that the "wedding corner" can witness and freeze the happiness of more overseas compatriots.

The "Wedding Corner" is very eye-catching, mainly composed of a background wall of about 2.4 meters long and 1.4 meters high in red color, with a big red happy character printed in the middle, and below it is the image of a Chinese giant panda symbolizing a pair of new people wearing a wedding dress, next to it with two auspicious cloud patterns. Another corner is the "message wall" where couples can write their most sincere promises and blessings on a message board surrounded by various "love" decorations.

As one of the practical measures of "I do practical things for the masses", the staff of the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka figured out the warm overseas Chinese idea of the "wedding corner", so that the newlyweds who came to the museum to register their marriage took photos here, and used the strong "Chinese elements" to freeze the beautiful moments. Receiving special "red envelopes" such as panda masks and blessing cards signed by the consul general from Xue Jian's hand, the newcomers could not hide their inner joy. They said that they were fortunate to be the first pair of experiencers of the "Wedding Corner", and the Consulate General's "grounded" approach made them truly feel the strength and temperature of the overseas Chinese service, and this warmth from "home" will inspire the two to work together to better live and work overseas.
On the same day, a new "Automated External Defibrillator (AED)" device was also installed in the consular office hall. The staff of the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka said that in the future, they will provide more intimate and reassuring protection for compatriots who come to the embassy to apply for certificates.
